KBC GREEN PARK HOTEL

We had the pleasure of hosting a marriage reception at KBC Greenpark on 19/04/2025, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything about the venue exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly memorable. First of all, the location of KBC Greenpark is fantastic. It is conveniently situated, easy to locate for guests coming from different parts of the city, and has ample parking space, which is a huge plus for large gatherings. The marriage reception arrangements were simply superb. From the decor to the lighting, every detail was meticulously planned and executed. The ambience created was both elegant and festive, perfectly suited for a joyous occasion like a wedding. The hall itself is extraordinary - spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed to host a grand celebration. The acoustics and lighting were perfect, and the seating arrangements were comfortable and thoughtfully planned. The reception desk staff were very courteous and professional, welcoming guests with a smile and assisting them with any help they needed. Their warm hospitality set the tone for the entire event. A very special mention goes to Mr. Jobish, the General Manager. He is truly extraordinary in his approach. From the very first interaction, he took the time to understand our vision and requirements. He was patient, attentive, and highly accommodating throughout the planning process. His commitment to customer satisfaction is genuinely commendable. We would also like to thank James, one of the staff members, whose support and professionalism stood out. He was always proactive, polite, and ready to help, ensuring that all guests were comfortable and everything ran on schedule. In conclusion, KBC Greenpark is an outstanding venue for any major event. With its beautiful location, excellent facilities, and an incredible team led by Mr. Jobish, you can be assured of a seamless and memorable celebration. 1. Very good Rooms. Everything was very comfortable. 2. Toilets were clean, all basic toiletries were provided. 3. We took Veg Food, which was very good. 4. Good parking space. 5. Right on way to Mangalore to Kozikode road at Payyanur On Highway itself. 6. Front office was very well behaved. 7. There is a bar(we did not use) but so a good crowd for Bar. So assuming it shd be good as allmost everyone were local people. 8. Rooms were spacious as given in photos. We did a direct booking for an overnight stay. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff was really unhelpful. None of our requirements were fulfilled. The place and location was quite nice But food was disappointing. Wish the service was better.

The bar charged exorbitant prices, especially considering the level of service provided. Unfortunately, the high cost wasn't justified by the quality of the experience. To make matters worse, the dishes were far from impressive. The flavors were bland, and the presentation lacked any creativity or appeal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and regretting my visit.

Clean rooms with everything you would need for Toiletries and Cupboards. They got a Good Restaurant down in Ground Floor which serves Good food. On the whole its a Good place to stay.

I ordered 2 juices and I had to wait for 20 minutes even though there was no rush at all and I asked two times but still not delivered This kind of service is not expected from here

A very nice hotel which is bar attached both executive and general. The ambience is so pleasing and the staffs are very helpful . Even though it is an attached one, the general visitors have no problem with it/

Convenient location for the road travellers through the National Highway, we loved it in all respects, not only the location, spacious rooms, it's ambience, spacious parking area, restaurant facilities/food, courteous and polite staff in the restaurant, advised us about the food after finding our requirements. We will definitely choose the property for our stay in the future, as well as will recommend it to friends too.
