Hotel Palazhi

Disappointed with the Service I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my food, which is completely unacceptable. The staff did not provide any updates or reasons for the delay, and it seems like they are unprepared to handle even a moderate crowd. If you're okay with waiting for 2 hours to get your food, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. Very disappointed!

Rooms are decent for the price. Good stay option in Adoor.

Rooms - No hot water 24/7, hair dryer not working, room walls are too old. Service - reception not picking the call, toiletries were not filled, Avoid restaurant if possible- 45 min for a dosa, I will assure that you order something and they will come after 5 minutes and will tell that it's not there. Rooms are acceptable for the rate, avoid if possible.

Very nice food and service

Great food great service and very baby friendly. Overall fun and tasty experience. Their Thalli & Kizhi Biryani was too good :) Special note of thanks for Sangeeta and Ritin. The AGM Saji Kumar was also very helpful and welcoming.

Customers are treated very badly. The behavior of people wearing black t-shirts will not make you want to go there again. Being from Pathanapuram, I have not been there since I left. All friends and family have been told not to go there. You don't need to go to see the pride of those standing there when you get good services.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, and it's made even better by the fantastic staff! The location is wonderful, the hotel recommended parking garage (which also has friendly staff). For a room in the city, it was a really great size! Our room came with a little table and couch, was clean and modern, and had a really great use of space. The toilet paper wasn't some cheap thin stuff either, and I really appreciate the environmentaly friendly refillable toiletries. The only thing that bothers me is that there aren't many options for breakfast I'll definitely be seeing you again!
