Royal Inn

Very much disappointed.Didn't dpend money on room still i have an concern to tell you that. These guys doesn't have value for words. Made a call and told them to book a room because we will be reaching by totally exhausted. And the told room is ready. And after reaching made me saty on roads for 3 hour later tried another one

I recently booked this hotel based on the good reviews, but it turned out to be very disappointing. They gave me a room with a terrible smell, unclean bedsheets, and no curtains. Despite paying for the stay, they failed to provide even basic comfort. This was a waste of money and the worst experience ever. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

on oct 28th we reserved 11 beds for students attending kololsavam at palakkad. The reservation was made for the night of 7th. However only 5 beds were provided , despite having paid for 11 at a rate of 300 per bed. The remaining students were asked to make do the insufficient accomodations.When we raised our concerns, the receptionist, Prasad displayed an unprofessional demeanor. This treatment of clients is unaccaptable. We intend to escalate this matter to the district collector and the national commission for protection of child rights.

For a short stay.. Its okay.. Not that's great.

We checked in at around 11 pm in night and asked for hot water availability in the room... Receptionist said hot water is available and he will put on the heater...but after waiting for long we didn't get hot water...we had to take bath in cold water....in that mid night....also I asked for wifi password he informed us...wifi range in not sufficient in that floor...but in the room...I checked...it showed wifi range available...and I took screenshot.. They didn't provide us with toiletries and not even a blanket....and we had to ask for blanket and they send us bed sheet instead....very pathetic...!!

Too unclean and lowly maintained rooms. Highly dilapidated. Buckets,towels, bedsheets were untidy. Good rooms were shown during booking, but actually the rooms alloted were not at all clean and maintained. Charges were also high for the rooms. Not even proper service were delivered and the staffs were not bothered about it though we raised the concern. Not even worth for 1 star.

It was a very bad experience. The rooms are not well maintained. A 2000/- room doesn't have a properly working flesh in the bathroom. The room was AC and they didn't provide a blanket. Then we requested and they provided. They refused to accept upi payment or credit cards and they demanded currency.

Worst services ever I experienced. Low class accommodation and no facilities is available other than Aircondition .
