Hotel Tripenta

We stayed at Hotel Tripenta for a day with family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel rooms were very clean and recently upgraded, making the stay even more comfortable. All basic amenities were provided, and the overall upkeep was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was impressive, offering a good spread of both local delicacies like puttu and kadalai curry, as well as continental options--all fresh and tasty. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spacious car parking added to the convenience. Located away from the buzzing city, the hotel offers a peaceful and calm atmosphere--perfect for a relaxing stay. This was our second visit after five years, and we were happy to see clear improvements. A better experience than before--highly recommended for families looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

A few days ago, we went for lunch at Tripenda Hotel and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The food at the hotel was very bad. One person from our group ordered a mint lime, and after drinking it, they were affected by food poisoning. It was a complete waste of money. The food quality was extremely poor, and overall, the experience was very disappointing. Even though it was a 3-star hotel, there was no such quality. It was a very bad and disappointing experience for our group. Not recommended.

We stayed there for three days. It is good hotel. Good peaceful location near Malampuzha dam and garden. There are few areas they need to improve. We were in a deluxe room. Hot water was not always available for shower..That too we have open to tap fir about 5 minutes to get some hot water if you are lucky. Common female toilet was unclean and was stinking when entered. Same was reported at reception. If they could provide the Breakfast, with hot it would be better. Even coffee and tea need to be more hot..

Wonderful Stay at Tripenta - Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Tripenta and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with fresh and well-prepared dishes. The location was convenient. The hotel also had great facilities, including a beautiful pool that added to the overall experience. While everything was excellent, a few minor improvements could make it even better. Nonetheless, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Staying here with friends for our college reunion was a big disappointment in regards to their rooms provided, and some of the services at the restaurant. The basic expectations of getting a clean room, clean bathrooms and having fresh water at the rooms or even providing water while having breakfast were not met. Some of the rooms were very small and cannot accommodate 3 people at all. The first room we got was not clean, was smelly and we had to request several times to get another better room. The bathrooms were really outdated with no proper towel hangers, nor enough towels for 3 people staying. The showers were not working properly. The staff looked overwhelmed at any request that was made and they said all were in training so felt they were not equipped to handle a huge crowd of more than 100 guests. We got locked in our rooms several times and had to call the staff to get it opened due to the room key getting stuck or locks loose. |The only plus point was the outdoors areas which was well maintained and spacious and the lawn area inside the hotel. The staff was courteous, no doubt about it. |Definitely not a high end resort - mainly just a regular hotel , expensive for the price we had to pay

Having a 2-3 day event reserved for the entire group, our expectations were to get exemplary service, great hospitality, good rooms and good food which was overall very disappointing . Most of The rooms were not very clean and were smelly, the bathrooms were horribly outdated. No bottle water provided in the room especially in this weather and having to pay for water is all surprising. There was not even a mirror or an Iron box in the rooms. There was no one to even provide some water during the breakfast time, had to ask 4 times to get hot water during breakfast. This was not what we expected at all, sorry to say giving 2 stars itself is huge. The only plus was the outdoor event area which was spacious. But I wouldn't recommend this to any of my friends visiting palakkad

Most important thing. Rooms / bathroom was very clean. Service by staff was excellent, to mention the behavior of the F&B manager and the girls who served us, girls at the reception. Some of us did not get hot water The wash rooms attached to the front hall need rework Pool was also good and our ladies enjoyed it Gym was ok Food at the restaurant was also nice Thanking your team

My family and me were a part of a wedding group and accordingly my room was already allotted even before reached th hotel. Unfortunately when I reached the hotel at about 1630 hrs, the said room wasn't vaccated. The guest was overstaying or was permitted a late check out at my cost! I had to wait in a different room for close to 2 hrs before I got to check in in the allotted room. The reception desk was totally unprofessional and ridiculous. They couldnt even give me a firm time for me to iccupy the room! Each one of them had a different story trying to fool us. Lack of training was very much evident. You want an average stay and a below average service, near malampuzha dam, go for it. Thats all it offers. Yes the breakfast was a plus. Grow up team Tripenta or you will soon see just vaccant rooms and employees waiting to be laid off!
