Contour Island Resort and Spa

Had a fantastic experience at Contour Island Resorts & Spa! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Banasura Sagar Dam and lush greenery all around. The ride to the resort itself along forest was unique and beautifully experienced one. The cottages were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.|The resort's amenities, including the pool, spa, and playing area access, made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a serene getaway in Kerala, Contour Island Resort is the perfect choice. Thankyou for making our stay a memorable one!!! Highly recommended!

Really the place of serene and love. I came from bangalore and really enjoyed the hospitality of the Resort Team. General Manager and all the staffs of resort are very well behaved and will make the stay comfortable. Best part is pool with amazing lake and mountain view. After leaving from here we will miss this place a lot. Management should keep it up this resort with same spirit for great experience.

Beautiful scenery,the property just on the shore of Bansura.The property got a breathtaking view of banasura dam reservoir area and the mountains.from the moment we arrived the warm hospitality and serene atmosphere made us feel relaxed. The food and the service in the restaurant was awesome.The hospitality was amazing and our experiance went above our expections.Will certainly be back soon .Thank you Team Contour

Good resort, we enjoyed our stay Pros- -Amazing location -Mountain/valley view rooms with balcony -Nice and courteous staff - Tasty breakfast Cons- 1. Approx 1.2 kms of bad rocky road stretch (via forest/ mountain) to reach resort from main road 2.We were allocated Non Ac room - ( please check before booking) 3.Food - hit and miss ( same item can taste good one day and just ok next) 4.Room cleaning was missed one day Overall, I would recommend the resort. Suggestion-Book directly from resort reservation, confirm if room is on first floor for best view, with AC and hot water

A very highly priced property. It has good rating everywhere because it has fake ratings. Charge per night is around 8-10k per room and it does not even is have AC . It is filled with insects Lizards and mosquitos. Not at all worth it. Food is bad only location is good. The staffs dont even understand Hindi or English whenever I ask them for anything their faces go blank. Manager always has a sorry face. He is sorry for everything but has no solution for anything We came back from dinner at 10:45 pm and there was no one at the property to open the main gate. After shouting and calling someone we found out that the guard was sleeping that's why he didn't open the door. I've never experienced such bad palce. They are charging so much money but not delivering 1% of it. Don't even think of staying here you'll regret it

Located at the place where you dont want to move out ofbthe property. Staffs are very kind and they makes us felt thatbwe were in my ancestestrol home kind of service was top notch. Especialy about food no words to say u have to taste it its simply awesone. Manger was so kind and the staffs he maintains like his family. I saw all staffs are speaking to the manager like friends i havent seen this anywhere. Hatss to the property management team.

We had a very disappointing experience with the food service during our stay. What made the situation worse was the lack of basic communication and coordination. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times--three calls, spoke to three different people--just to confirm the order including the senior staff . Despite that, the order still arrived incomplete. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when I tried to report the issue. This reflects extremely poor service and lack of professionalism. Billing Confusion At checkout, the bill included only snacks and coffee, while we had dinner, dessert, and juice the next morning, which were completely missing.We informed the staff and they brought a second bill, but even that was incomplete.We pointed it out again, but eventually chose not to wait further and simply paid both bills and left. This level of disorganization and poor service is not what one expects from a resort. There was a clear lack of coordination, training, and accountability from the staff. Unless serious improvements are made, I would not recommend this resort to others. I sincerely hope the management takes serious steps to improve.

The rooms don't have AC so confirm before booking. The rooms are pretty old and wear and tear is visible in the furniture and walls. There is a space for minibar but there is no minibar. There is deliberate misinformation on their online booking postings. The staff is completely clueless and mismanaged. They neither serve on time nor provide even minimum service which is expected. They will make your stay hell. View is very good, property is big. But that is the only good part. Food is not tasty and spread is also not much in buffet. No live counter too. Overall at the price point which you will pay it is a very bad deal.
