Zumar Palace Hotel

Surprisingly the room was very clean and big. Close to train station and bus station but located in a quiet area. Hotel manager Shamseer was so friendly to me. He took me to the festival and met many local people. We had a lot of fun together I had a great time and rest as well here. Thanks so much for everything

AC did not work in the AC rooms - most rooms were like this. The elevator did not work. Toilet were functional but seats required maintenance. Bedding is good.

Ottapalam best located zumar palace all need are near bus stand, railway station, safe to nearly police station. Friendly staffs more than comfortable in zumar. I whoud like to suggeste very good price range to ottapalam.

Large hotel. Suite rooms are very luxury. Staffs are very cooperative. Just opposite railway station. Have visibility from railway platform.

The hotel staff gopika was very friendly ,made our family comfortable, Over all best place to stay in ottapalam.

Excellent ambience I received from Zumar palace. And the I got tremendous guest relation from the staffs.

Very bad facilities on rooms cost is very high on of season we are two families change rooms three times problem about bathroom and electrical problems
