Wetzlar Resorts and Hotels

I visited India from the US and stayed at the Wetzler. Was looking for a western type hotel in Muvattupuzha and this is perfect. The staff was very helpful, my WiFi didn't work at first and they gave me a hotspot to use during my stay. They also were very accommodating and eager to help with any requests we had. Sibi was the manager and did a great job. She answered all our questions, was kind and helpful. Sanju was in charge of the kitchen. The food was delicious and fresh. I only ate breakfast at the resort since I was out visiting family and places through the day. The rooms were clean but you could feel the age of the resort. The exercise room and kids play area were definitely dated, but we booked this place for the location, not to use those amenities. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Muvattapurzha

The service there was really poor, at night time the resort had only 2 staff. No one was available for the room service, and took plenty of time to arrange even water or any other service. AC in one of the rooms was not working. The rooms were neat and clean and the permies were good

Oh i just loved the place.. also such a friendly staff... we had our new year eve at the property.. and i am lucky to start this year from Wetzlar with my friends... pool and pool side rooms are the best choice.. its great to exit from a busy city life and not travel far ...

Booked the entire place for a wedding event for three days and it was excellent! The entire Wetzlar team is very professional and courteous and will ensure the stay is memorable. We had guests traveling from across the world and the team catered to all the requirements. Special shout-out to Siby who is the manager of the resort! Highly recommend Wetzlar for a stay in Muvatupuzha!

Had the worst experience at this place. We had a team outing and we choose this because of Pool and other activities. During our stay, 7 of us got stuck in their elevator for over 20 mins. Elevator was a small one even though max capacity was given as 8. We almost started to panic even the elevator fan wasn't working. Once the staff got us out, they all had a smile on there face as if it was all a joke to them. Things like this can happen, but the issue is what they do to resolve it. Most hurtful thing is that the management didn't even gave us a sincere apology. They even try to blame it on us. What if instead of friends it was a family that got stuck? They would have panicked for sure. The staff and management know nothing about the service industry and how treat their customers. They are may appear economical but trust be it's not worth it. No amount of money saved will compensate for the awful feeling when you check out of this place.

A Gastronomic Delight with Warm Hospitality Wetzlar exceeded my expectations in both culinary offerings and service. We had our Baby shower here which was memorable. Beyond the food, the hotel's hospitality was truly commendable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. They went the extra mile to make our event comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend And special Thanks to GM Siby and Trainee Captain Sanju. Great Team

Descent rooms and location.Food is also great,hats off to the chef .As other reviews mentioned need some renovation to improve the quality. My rating are below average because of the service from security to other staff.when we come we followed the parking sign, security came behind in rude and very arrogant way,no professionalism and yelled why you came this side.Mangent should give proper training him to how to respect the customer and he need to understand they are paying for them.Security on duty 22 aug 1 pm. No resort demonstration done by any staff,we need to ask and chase all information.The lady staff in the reception is good but while checking out another guy did our check out,surprisingly no thanks extended from him for choosing the property.I was requested manager on upon arrival,but he was off and seems no one is responsible there and no further follow ups. Staff in the restaurant are great. Pool also need to be bit more clean and maintained Those are my simple observations only to improve your beautiful place and not loose customers .Since am working in the same hospitality industry.

My experience at Wetzlar was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and excellent service. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of pool and sourrounding making it a perfect getaway. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort's facilities were top-notch. We spent hours relaxing by the pool, which was always clean and never overcrowded. The dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, always attentive to our needs and offering great recommendations for activities in the area. I especially loved the photograpy and videographic sense of Mr Sanju. His service was mindblowing. Overall, wetzlar exceeded all of our expectations, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape.
