Paray's Residency

One Star Very disappointing experience. We were denied entry to the bar simply because one of us was wearing a coloured mundu, which is traditional attire in Kerala. It was shocking and frankly disrespectful. A place that claims to offer hospitality should also show cultural sensitivity. We left feeling humiliated. Not going back, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values inclusivity and respect for local tradition

Room, beds, bathroom were clean. Basic bathroom kit were provided. But complementary breakfast is just for namesake. Only 2 dishes, aappam n kitchadi. That's is unacceptable. Even tea is like hot water. This need to be better

I went in without any expectations, but I was surprised.It was very clean. I felt satisfied even before ordering the food. I really liked the experience. I want to go again. I liked the attitude of the staff.

It was great being at parays residency. Great place to enjoy vacation, great food, good service all around. Special thanks to Mr. Abin for the special care and his expertise with food and beverage was simply amazing to guide us through the menu to ensure we taste the best in the venue

I recently had the opportunity to visit Paray Residency in Muvattupuzha for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a great combination of ambiance, service, and delicious food that caters to a variety of tastes. For breakfast, the spread was fresh and fulfilling, with traditional South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, and appam, alongside continental options. The flavors were authentic, and the service was quick and attentive. For lunch, I enjoyed a well-prepared Kerala-style meal with rich curries, perfectly cooked rice, and flavorful side dishes. The seafood options were particularly impressive, with fresh fish and prawns cooked to perfection. For dinner, the restaurant provided a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The menu had a great mix of Indian, Chinese, and continental dishes. The grilled dishes and biryanis stood out, both in taste and presentation. The bar section also had a good selection of beverages, from classic cocktails to local favorites. The staff was professional and made sure everything was served well. Overall, Paray Residency is a great choice for anyone looking for quality food in Muvattupuzha, whether for a quick breakfast, a satisfying lunch, or a relaxing dinner. Highly recommended!

Experienced 2 nights, first day was quite good struggling for shower without Hot water, pest (mosquito) with room 403, due to windows are not able to close properly and road noise given a horrible sleep. Second day with restaurant Mr. Vinod the restaurant service person forcing with limited menu, delayed delivery more than 20 min wait, limiting the quantity and also repeated first day order on second day received two varieties of dishes. Team paray's residency please improve.

Very neat and clean rooms, they have a decent restaurant and 2 bars executive and premium, good atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Easily accessable.

Worst service available at the executive bar. They will not serve food here. They didn't give a prior intimation. So damaged a one of my fine evening and time and money
