KABANI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, everything went downhill. First, the lift was out of order, and I had to take the stairs, which caused me to miss an important meeting. When I asked at the reception, they casually mentioned it would take 20 minutes to fix - no urgency or concern shown. The issues didn't stop there. The air conditioner in my initially allotted room wasn't working, forcing me to shift to another room. To make matters worse, the restroom in the new room had an old, used soap left in the soapbox - completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The complementary breakfast was another letdown. There were hardly any options, and what little was available didn't taste fresh. Overall, the stay was pathetic and left me stressed and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It completely ruined my day. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better place - this one is not worth it.

I had a great experience at Kabani International Hotel in Muvattupuzha. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout. I really appreciated the prompt service and the warm hospitality. The location is convenient with easy access to the town, and there's ample parking available. Overall, it's a perfect blend of comfort, service, and value for money. Highly recommended for both business and family stays!

Absolutely the worst service I've experienced in town. To be clear, the restaurant was practically empty - only two tables were occupied. Despite this, I was completely ignored. The staff seemed entirely engrossed in their own conversations and tasks, paying no attention to the customers present. We tried multiple times to place additional orders, but were met with complete indifference. It was as if we were invisible. To be ignored so thoroughly, with such few customers, is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against wasting your time here.

Food had good quantity however the order of service was not great. The starters took around 45 minutes to be served before which they served the main course to only some of us. Also the Appam we ordered was spoiled.

Tried their restaurant in 1st floor. Loved their Beef dry fry.. its a bit pricy for the quantity served but yummy

First of all, the manager insisted on helping my husband with his review. He hit 5 stars and posted before my hubby could say anything!! I told him I will do my review in the car. This place, the only accommodation we could find near the wedding we were attending, was not very clean. We had to ask for tissue, they bought us napkins. My husband went out and bought tissues and toilet paper. There were no hand towels, we had to ask, and the bath towels were stained. The bathroom was ancient and not clean. There was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The bedsheets we not so great, and the duvet cover/blanket smelled like bad body oder! It was also old and torn on the inside. All night I felt uneasy. But we had no other choice as all other hotels were booked for the wedding! The air conditioner only comes on when the old key is put into the door slot. It was so hot and humid. The AC in the bedroom leaked water. So it kept dripping on me while I was doing my hair and makeup! The whole room smelled old and mildewy. I walked around spraying hand sanitizer! The AC in the hallway and stairways was off. Breakfast in the morning was them writing what we want. No menu, No buffet. Over all, we were not pleased and will not be staying there again next time we visit!

Room are good, staffs are good. I stayed for one full day and few hours before my departure, still they charged 85%for few hours, requesting team must to consider about it.

Liked the ambience and surroundings. We had a short stay of one night,so not much can be said about services provided. The rooms were very clean with disinfected toilets and cozy bed. The air-conditioner stopped working after sometime.( may be part of power saving) Apart from that nothing much to complain. Food was ok(though not very tasty) . Overall a 4 star.
