BluSalzz Villa - Muhamma, Alleppey - Kerala

0 stars!! Booked 3 nights in April here through booking.com 3 weeks in advance of our stay. Got an email saying booking confirmed and had all the correct times and dates. Turned up on the day to a vacant building with just a caretaker on sight. After he called the management and spoke with our taxi driver to translate, they said we don't have a booking, then 5 minutes later I received a cancellation email for the booking!

Beautiful location and property. Rooms are cute and cozy. Property is maintained very well and service was exceptional. Appu was very helpful and the 5 stars is definitely for how nice he was. Definitely recommend!!

The resort is simply amazing, offering serene backwater views and luxurious, top-notch rooms that perfectly capture the authentic Kerala The hospitality here is second to none - truly the best I've ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment of our stay. When we were stranded on an island due to a sudden rainstorm during a Shikari boat ride, the resort staff didn't hesitate to rescue us. They picked us up, arranged a delicious dinner, and even ensured our safe return. The genuine kindness and humility of the staff were incredibly touching. It's refreshing to know such wonderful people still exist in this world. From the stunning backwater views to the thoughtful decor and heartfelt service, this resort perfectly embodies the charm of Kerala. This resort is a slice of paradise, especially during the festive season - an unforgettable experience filled with beauty, care, and magic.

I had the opportunity to stay there for 5 days together with some friends. We spent New Year's Eve and it was simply excellent! Dream location, amazing food and great staff! It will stay forever in my heart this unique stay. I would love to come back one day. Namaste!
