Worst experience everrr!!!. I choosed 2 room and owner responded he will maintain the room clean before check-in. When my guest comes they founded dead lizard and cockroaches other insects. Also stinky smell from kitchen.The guests are upset& disappointed and also the guy who leaded us behaved as so rude .he said we should checkout at 10:00am that's also weird. Literally we came at 12:15am.Due to this reasons I gave another Room for them midnight. Sooo poor management. I asked owner to return back my advance he refused and he blamed my guest instead of his poor management.He insulted my guests as well !!!! So disappointed alameen management...

Rooms are very good and hygienic.
