OYO 15560 Assent Inn

This is a clean, tidy place with budget rental in the main highway. The inn has some parking facilities though the stationary store at the main entrance block the view of reception from the main door. The room are very good with spacious washroom. The cable In the TV has less channels and the TV remote battery discharged( for saying some negative). The issue really faced was lack of trained personnel at the check-in at late night and the attendant making wrong entries to make a card transaction cancelled and reswipe...I sincerely request them to train them for it as for every swipe, there is a charge associatied with it. This s why I didn't give 5* rating else the hotel is fine for the rent they collect. The breakfast thought not from their attached kitchen, was arranged promptly and served by 7.30 in the morning.. This is a reliable, standard accomodation worth for the money we pay....

Unclean rooms, leaky faucet, general disregard for hygiene. No soap in the bathroom, had to ask for one. Dirty sheets, no blanket. The people only cleaned my room twice in a week, and i had to ask them to. Only pro here is, Its reasonably cheap, and close to IIM main gate, if that's what you're here for. I would avoid this place in the future.

We booked two rooms for two nights.. we were constantly disturbed by someone knocking at our doors at odd hours, we even had someone enter our room without knocking saying he mistook our room for his. The hotel bathroom was clean but not at all maintained, the towel hangar was broken, shower gave hot water according to it's will, the bed was old or was very creaky. Noise from other rooms as well as the adjacent road were unbearable. But i gave you guys three stars as i found the facilities of the hotel somewhat reasonable for the price.

We have been given an Unhygienic Room. Management never called us for any service,Even Wi-Fi password also was not given. Everything seems better when you chech-in but Service is not good enough that may satisfied you. Because we were in Quarantine for 15 days.

One of the few places where you mix a great hotel and absolutely stunning staff. Very professional at all times, always smiling and very welcoming. my stay at this hotel was a nice experience. Thank you so much for making me feel like home!.

Good: 1. 200m from kunnamangalam bus stop. 2. Clean and safe 3. Cheap Bad: 1. Little bit of language problem, but manageable 2. No own dining, need to go outside for food.

Nice place to stay with budget rate which is close to IIM,NIT,REC,MARCEZ. Neat rooms with good service.
