HOTEL MONAD

The Service is pathetic They don't understand any language Stale food is being served The GM is the one who will make sure the hotel goes down... he is full of attitude with no response when told to eat stale food Overall I will never go here to all the guys searching for near by property to IIIMK

This was a good hotel. But now the condition is very bad. Rooms stink, wall cracks, damaged furniture, toilet is not that good. No proper service, If they maintain the hotel in good condition then it will be good. If we are going to take a room at that time they run to clean up the rooms. The worst thing is the Smell.

Went to the convention hall in hotel monad. Very suitable for a function of 300-400 people.. A/c auditorium and dining hall are well maintained. Good parking space also available.

It was very easy and smooth to book the rooms. The rooms were clean and well maintained and we totally enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was helpful, courteous and very pleasant to interact with. Overall, we all were more than satisfied. Definitely, the first choice next time

Restaurant was Good and Food was also Nice.. Bit hard to identify the property from the road

Too disappointed services and Hotel Atmosphere several time visited calicut but first time feeling this type of waste hotel we spended one Night.No Breakfast and Reception staff also too bad behavior.

We stayed during first week of August 2024 for my son's NIT admission. Over the phone, the staff told the hotel is 1 km from NIT, but it was not so. NIT is 13 km from Hotel and the staff thought IIM and NIT are same! Again, the heater was not working and after calling reception, they handed over a immersion (drop ) heater and the staff told to return it back as there is only one drop heater available for the entire Hotel. the charges we paid were inclusive of breakfast, but when we went down, they told breakfast not ready at 8.30 am. Overall service was very poor, we wont stay here once again. Over priced compared to the service.

Communication between the staff is poor. We thought that we rented a suite room, instead it was a normal room with more space. Talking about the bed, it was not well cleaned! And the room service is poor. When we come into the bathroom side equipments in the bathroom we're merely damaged. Although our experience with this hotel is very bad. And also not recommend for family and business persons. This is not even a 3 hotel
