Lake Palace Family Resort

We have stayed here few times previously when we visited India. Hotel had been consistently declining and now it is pretty bad. We planned to stay a few days but checked out after staying there one night. ||We had informed them that we will arrive little early. Checkin time was 2 PM. We arrived there at 1.30 PM. They told us that checkin is at 2 so had to wait. We did. ||The room they have assigned us (booked a Luxury Pavillion Room) was really old, the AC didnot work properly, the bathroom toilet water was running and the bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. We reported to the front desk, they said "thank you", they must have known this already. ||Overall this resort has declined to a two star experience, we loved our first stay here several years ago. Now the culture is totally different. ||We will not return to this resort again. Will try the other newer resorts with good reviews.

Nice, quiet, clean resort. Good sized rooms. Mr. Jose is so warm and caring and so are the staff Sunil and Simon.

We booked on website and got a confirmation. Our booking was canceled as we did not pay half the amount (we were not informed we need to do this). We tried to book later again, but no rooms were available even though website and airbnb said they were. When I pointed this out to the staff, they said they situation is "not their fault" and that I need to call to confirm booking. If I need to call to confirm booking, why is there booking on the website?

Had a good time, safe and secure place. Good to stay with family and friends. Very friendly staff and good service.

Was a pleasant experience i get from the property after hosting the 1st birthday celebration of my child and now once again experienced an other wonderful ambiance of this property really beautiful and strongly recommending

A very good relaxing resort. House boating was amazing... Very Good service and friendly staff. Overall its fantastic. I would recommend everyone here...

Really nice place to spend with family. Especially staffs are polite and friendly. Food are awesome. They are maintaining room and restrooms very clean. We have lot of activities like yoga session, boat ride, fishing, cycling and evening instrumental music.
