It was a pleasure to be a part of first batch of customers in royal plaza and really very good high standard hotel.Excellent rooms with all modern facilities. We really enjoyed a short stay. Highly recommended for people visiting calicut to enjoy the stay in a home away from home. Finally the Complimentary breakfast was hot and awesome taste. I stayed at this hotel for two days and really enjoyed my experience. The property is brand new and still awaiting its grand opening, making it a great value for the price. The interiors are modern and luxurious, and I had the chance to try their breakfast--it was fresh and satisfying. The location is also a big plus: just a short walk to the beach and nearby cafes, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While some amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, and live kitchen were missing, I believe these might be added once the hotel is fully launched. Overall, a very promising place with great potential. I look forward to visiting again after the grand opening.

The newest hotel in Calicut located at a prime location at a very affordable rate with a 5 star room well equipped with the latest features in the room. We have booked 2 rooms for 2 days. The rooms are very spacious and have ample car parking services. They provide the toilet kit of mama Earth & Kimirica which was a surprise. The room is fitted with a large smart Tv and airtel DTH connection which makes kids engage, and also provides a decent ironing table with an iron box too. The rooms are well maintained and hygienic. I would like to thank Vijay & Sujith for the amazing service and support. Soon they will start restaurant service so that food will be available within the premises as well.

I must give this hotel a genuine 5 star review for the pleasant service, great hygiene, very spacious room, good bed and fluffy pillows. Over all i had a very good experience. And breakfast was really tasty with wide verity and authentic

Very good hotel, room and bathroom design is very beautiful and modern. Staffs are very humble and hospitable. Overall ambience looks luxurious. Lots of food joints nearby.. Walkable distance to beach. We had amazing stay at Royal Plaza Inn by RAK Rooms..
