Clearly cheater hotel. I stayed from 9 pm and I confirm 2 times with hotel management person that I want tillnext day 7 am. I clearly confirm that can I get refund of other amount and they said yes two times. Camera recording also available. Still they denied for refund and said here we give only for 24 hours. Clearly cheters. Don't stay any how. Will file police complain against them also

I recently stayed for one night with my family. The room service was slow, and the team coordination was not up to the mark. The AC started malfunctioning, and we were asked to change our room. During the shift, we accidentally left behind a few belongings, which were later taken by the cleaning staff and never returned. Despite following up, we were only given excuses. Since we hadn't checked out and had only changed rooms, our belongings should have been returned--but unfortunately, they weren't. That said, the room prices are very budget-friendly. If you're on a tight budget, I would still recommend this property for an affordable stay.

Walking distance from railway 4th platform up to 500 mtr . 100+ mtr 2 wheeler access only. Narrow path . In my experience, for family this path is not feeling safe at night due to other states workers rounding around the path.

Review: My experience at this property was disappointing. Room Quality: The room was very small, and the paint on the walls was peeling. The bed sheets were not in good condition, and there was only one towel provided for a couple, which was inadequate. Facilities: There was no hot water available in the bathroom, although the bathroom itself was neat. Only one charging point was available in the room, which was inconvenient. Location: The property is in a hard-to-find location. Only two-wheelers can easily access it, and the area does not feel safe at night. Value for Money: Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price paid. Improvements in maintenance, amenities, and accessibility would make this a more pleasant place to stay

Rooms at this hotel are not spacious, and for double occupancy, they don't even provide two bath towels or dental kits, which is disappointing. However, the location is a plus, being close to the railway station and shopping streets. Could improve on basic amenities.

great value for a solo traveller. only 900 per day for single room non AC. really polite and chill guy at the reception was patient enough to answer my every queries about the locality. the hotel is only walking distance away from the railway station and the locality is very chill and nice vibes. don't miss mitaayi theruvu, chicken spring roll from rahmath hotel, and kudukka sarbath from ee kudukka, which are also only walking distance away.

Sorry to be harsh. But someone should share this. Poor. Really poor. The rates and availability you see here is just eye wash and show off. Even if you reserve they give rooms to others and never care to inform you. Because in booking . Com it is less amount. Understandable that they want to earn extra money but atleast they can inform us. They are making us fool by believing we will have room here. They need to remove this booking dot com reserve option when it is not at all helping. Came here as family early morning and they made me roam through Calicut. Luckily I found better place and price than this place.

Its the best place to stay for family and couples it's located near Railway station.. The room amd bathroom are well cleaned and maintained.. And the reception staff is also behaved well
