The service, staff behavior, and overall professionalism are truly commendable. The food at the restaurant, particularly the Malabar fish curry, was exceptional--special compliments to the chef. However, a few areas require improvement: The air conditioning unit is not functioning properly and needs immediate servicing or replacement. The room's furniture appears outdated and should be replaced at the earliest, as it affects the overall ambience and comfort. The lighting in the room is inadequate and creates a dull atmosphere. Upgrading to a brighter and more welcoming lighting system would greatly enhance the room's energy and appeal.

Hotel meets the expectations, offering excellent amenities. The reception team was friendly and helpful, particularly Miss Sona, whose exceptional service and approachable nature made our stay truly memorable. No complaints whatsoever - a truly satisfying experience.

As its name suggests Hyson Heritage Hotel Kozhikode is an amazing hotel . We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel Hyson. All members of the Hyson Hotel staff are very eager to provide excellent service to their guests. To them each guest is a VIP. Its restaurant is very excellent. Food and drinks are very delicious. The hotel is very neat and tidy. I would like to recommend Hyson Heritage Hotel Kozhikode to all those who seek excellent accommodation in Kozhikode city. I had a fantastic experience at Hyson Heritage, made even better by the exceptional service from Sona. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and ensured we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. The hotel itself had a great ambiance, well-maintained facilities, and excellent service from the entire staff. Everything, from cleanliness to food quality, was top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. A big thank you to Sona and the team for their outstanding hospitality--I would highly recommend Hyson Heritage to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We stayed here for a day, The rooms are spacious,neat and clean. Service was great and the breakfast menu was excellent. It's worth the money you spend.

Driving in from the rather cramped entrance, I had no idea the hotel had such a spacious parking lot tucked away in the back portion! We had a pleasant stay in a deluxe room for three nights. Right from the time of our entry till our departure, the service was fabulous. Cleanliness was top notch, with our room being cleaned every day and drinking water bottles and towels replenished daily. The icing on the cake is, of course, the unmatched location. All major eateries and landmarks, including the beach, are all a short drive away. We didn't try their restaurant, so I don't have anything to comment about the food.

A quite overnight stay over Hyson is a old brand name and they have done a good job with the renovation and upkeep of the property. Huge car parking space and the location is an advantage as it's close to the beach but however in the heart of the overcrowded city limits. The crowd and noise however doesn't affect the stay. I stayed with my wife and 2year old in one of their suite rooms. The design of the room could have been better and lacks few amenities which is expected from a suite room but over all was good. The room lacked proper tv arrangements and the cable set up was not done till requested. Few other things were missing from what is expected out of the pricing of the room. We had their lunch and breakfast buffet. Both were set up well and buffet had the right quantity and quality of food. The pricing was decent for the buffet. However baby food was on chargeable basis and not offered complimentary. Staff were very cooperative and willing to assist.

The stay was fantastic and staff courteous and prompt, especially Ms Sona. Had a problem with room ac so we were immediately allotted another room. Rooms very spacious and bathrooms spic and span. Have to specifically mention my Special heartfelt thanks to Ms Sona for all the help, which made our stay fantastic. Wishing her great success in management roles in future. Will definitely stay here again
