One of the best hotels to stay near SM Street! It's within walking distance to the railway station, which is super convenient. The hotel offers great value for money, with large double rooms priced at 1800 and medium double rooms at 1500 per day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic toiletries provided were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. This hotel is suitable for families, couples, and bachelors alike. Hot water is available with a water heater, and the rooms and premises are neat and clean. Highly recommend!

Had a really poor experience here. They kept reminding us about checkout time from the moment i checked in, to the point that it felt like harassment. In my 1 day stay, the guy told me 4 times about checkout which was super awkward. We checked out eventually at exactly the accurate time and yet he called me 2 minutes prior to it. Also there was not even a window in our room for ventilation. Wouldn't recommend it at all

Decent Stay, but Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The covered parking was extremely small, barely enough for three cars. I was also disappointed to find that the bath towel provided was stained. The breakfast service was another letdown. I had requested breakfast at 9 am, but the staff woke me up at 6:30 am to confirm my breakfast order. To make matters worse, the breakfast was not a buffet, and I was only given the option to choose between puttu or appam, with no choice in curry.

A superb budget friendly hotel in the heart of the City. We stayed here for 3 Nights and were totally satisfied with the service. Its located right at the enterance of the SM Street (shopping hub) and railway station is on a walkable distance. The Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities. Bathroom was Clean and had 24hrs Hot water. They do not have an in-house restaurant but lots of Good eateries are nearby and Swiggy and Zomato delivers here. Staff is Polite. Room Cleaning was done everyday.

We stayed here for 3 days. The customer service is really good. This hotel is near the Sweet Meat Street (Mithayitheruvu).

5/5 for the place. I have stayed here twice, once with family and once alone. The hotel is centrally located. The place is very clean and the staff are well mannered and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives, with the latter unfortunately outweighing the former. On the positive side, both the washroom and bedroom were clean, which is always a relief. However, the bed was by far the worst I've ever slept on--uncomfortable to the point of making a restful night impossible. Adding to the issues, the telephone in the room was dead, making it difficult to communicate with staff, who were already unfriendly and unhelpful. The bath towels provided were untidy, and the cushions on the bed were not only smelly but also clearly not properly cleaned. To top it off, there was ongoing maintenance work, including drilling and hammering, directly above my room, making any attempt at relaxation futile. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very good spacious well maintained rooms at prime location. Very close Railway station, rahmath , paragon and valiyangadi. Very good service as well
