All Season's D'Fort Ayurvedic Resort

Our 4nights stays was awesome with family. My 1 year old enjoyed it a lot. Rooms are very spacious with sunlight coming in and well airy. Neat and clean. Linens were clean. Staffs are very well behaved and courteous. Food is also good. Very near to light house and breakwaters and kollam beach. Highly recommended and when we visit next time we will definitely prefer to stay here only.

DO NOT BOOK I checked in, and I was chased by the security guard telling me I couldn't drive to reception to drop off my bags. After unloading my bike, I was told I could park next to a gate about from the front door. My bike is very expensive and I am paranoid about people climbing on it as it's not a common one in india. I came down after a shower during which time there were 2 power cuts. And I was surrounded by 10 very drunk young men. It wasn't even 5 pm . I was worried about the bike as they were very drunk and touching it. I told the manager, and they let me park the bike at the staff parking. Guys, they have a bar next to reception, and when I spoke to the manager, they said they k kW of the problem of the drunks hanging around. I pointed them out as they were all sitting around d the entrance . Do not stay here guys it's not nice to feel the way I did and then be told they know about the problem but are not doing anything. I gave the room 1 star because the shower is in a mini bath, and the light and power switches are a joke. There are 20 of them, and who knows what they do. The bedding is cheap, and the bed is like rock. The location is OK, I suppose, as I was just passing through. But only 1 star for service as security is an absolute joke. DO NOT BOOK.

Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. My room was very clean and tidy. Its a quiet place with very pleasant staff. Breakfast was very good with staff keen to assist. The dining room is large and very modern. Easy to get a night's sleep at this location. Nearby Lands End restaurant served very nice food as well. I stayed three nights and was very happy with everything at this hotel.

Stayed here for a night but loved the place and this hotel. Very well managed property with clean and big rooms. Staff is welcoming. The restaurant offered fantastic food, particularly the local delicacies served at breakfast. Hopefully will get a chance to stay for a little longer period next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to ensure all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. (Special thanks to the lady at the front office, who arranged a charger for my cell phone, and delivered it to the room personally.) I would highly recommend 'D'Fort' to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This was my first time in India, and my friend booked this hotel for us. Everything about this place is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a delightful variety of new dishes every morning. The meals in the restaurant are tasty and satisfying. A special highlight is the secret pub, which adds a unique and fun experience. I would definitely come back here, and the surrounding area is wonderful as well. Highly recommended!
