Hotel Stay Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at ATS Willingdon hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and great service. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. I stayed plenty of time in this hotel but this time I had a very bad experience and it was not because of food or condition of room it's only because of an arrogant receptionist who was working on the morning shift on 10th May, where she didn't have basic manners and doesn't know how to talk to people forget about the customers. Where other staffs were very cooperative and helpful

If you are looking for a calm stay and in budget... You should visit here! The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms are decent enough for go-to travelers! I was staying with my family, And i didn't face any issues! The hotel is suitable in a good locality!

This hotel poses itself as a 3 star but I don't feel it's worth it. The only good thing about it is the location. The rooms are not well maintained. Seepage in the rooms invites lots of mosquitoes. Their restaurant doesn't have appropriate exhaust, the spices flow through the air to your rooms, making you cough. They don't have lift and enough support staff to help you with the luggage. The staff just denies refilling your bottles with drinking water and insists on purchasing it -- which 3 star hotel does that? Overall, I would suggest to opt for another hotel instead of going for this one unless you're getting a really good deal.

The rooms are spacious for a family of 4. Location is perfect. It's in the centre of fort kochi and mg road Backwater is just behind 100m for morning walks U can find Starbucks , Zudio, parathawala icecream centers, fresh juice everything just behind the hotel Everything is good except the rooms facilities like no slippers are provided or any type of toiletries If u can ok with then it's the best place to stay Full 3 start hotel Plenty of parking and if don't have a vehicle then auto stand is outside the hotel The oldest bridge made by Britishers isa 5min walk

Plug points are fully open ( the way it shown in picture) AC suits room needs to be burn with mosquito stick. Hotel employees are not bothered about keeping the mosquito away. They not even have a liquid good night or ang other stuff. Even if you have suits just burn the stick and sleep. The food bill comes without any printed bill. Hand written bill are giving like the 80s

This is a great place to stay on a budget. The rooms, restaurant and premises were neat. Food was delicious. Parking available in plenty. They were also kind enough to extend our stay for sometime on our request.

The hotel is absolutely amazing,the rooms are spacious and the service is also good here . Overall , best experience being here.
