Rooms are good no complaints. Location is very convenient especially right opposite to Lulu mall and Edapally Metro station. Few things hotel management should take care since it's a high rise hotel when I exit the lift towards the room noticed used plates and dishes on the floor next to lift and rooms. Service boys (Non Keralites) seems bit arrogant when I requested mosquito repellent when he came to provide bath towels one of them said call same number someone will come. Noone came. Overall good stay but your service level needs to improve.

Stayed at this hotel recently and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect--right opposite Lulu Mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient. What really stood out was the view from the room--absolutely stunning, especially during the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing. A great choice if you're looking for a stay with both comfort and a view in the heart of the city!

We stayed for two days in this hotel. In the bathroom, water closet and door are touching and not able to go and come out freely. TV was not working and not repaired for two days even after complained multiple times. Towels and bedsheets are not cleaned upto the level and got itching. For this high price, rooms could have been maintained better. Breakfast food had limited options but served well.

I stayed here. The view is amazing, The view of the hotel is Lulu Mall. The service is great, the reception staff there is very polite and good behavior. I don't know his name. Anyway I will recommend it to my friends and family.

In booking.com they showing rooms with balcony and hall but it's all only for show, you will get a very small room and old technology, also they told us to vocate room before 12 because they have so many customers for tomorrow, we were travelling with family how we supposed to vocate before 12 just because u have customers, the standard check out time in every hotel is 1 o'clock. They were calling us from 10am telling to vocate room. Felt made a big mistake

The entry to the hotel looks shady. The service was horrible. Arriving at 3 AM, I was given a set of cryptic directions to find my way to the room allotted. The hallways were not lit. Rooms were good though with a small balcony also attached. It also had a common area for every five rooms with a living area and a small kitchen. The kitchen, however looked like it had not been used recently and required maintanence. The fridge within the kitchen was dirty and wasn't switched on. Overall, it looked like a hotel past it's prime. It's situated directly opposite Lulu mall and close to Edappally metro station.

Had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. We booked the room after seeing the 4 stars and pics in the website. The pics that are posted are fake. Starting with the parking area, it was really small..Hotel looks shabby and overall a shady feel. Feel insecure to stay with family. No bell boy to carry your luggage. Hallways looks dirty. Room was small and quite old. Bathrooms dirty. No basic amenities kept. Overall very underwhelming experience. It's not a 4 star hotel. Almost like a lodge only. We didn't stay there. Had to book another hotel room at night.

great hospitality! extremely near to edapally metro, really good service, they allowed me to check out late without any charges. loved my interactions with the staff! really helpful!
