Best location, located just beside the Marine drive. Breakfast was too good and affordable. Boat ride and marine activities are very close. Worth the good stay. For sportsperson and athletes, the Maharaja's college Stadium synthetic track is just 1.4 kms away. Many gyms are located nearby. Overall the very nice stay for tourists, business work, Sports competitions etc.

we stayed here for two days. It was really nice and comfortable. Easy ccess to the marine drive walkway and cruise port. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was really nce and hygenic. Wifi to be improved. Highly recomended.

A single room was booked in advance, but I was informed that it was unavailable, so I had to take a double room instead. However, they allowed me to stay in one of the few semi-suite rooms with a sea view, offering a necessary concession. The room was clean and spacious, and the toilet was also large and well-maintained. While there were kettles, tea kits, toiletries (including toothbrushes), and Wi-Fi, there were no telephone facilities. Check-in was quick, and the interaction with the reception staff was excellent. The ground floor was quite dusty as the hotel is undergoing renovations below. The grills near the lower stairwell only open at 7 am, so you must rely on the lift. People who have difficulty descending stairs should avoid rooms on the first floor, as the lift does not operate there. To reach the ground floor, you would need to go up to the second floor first. Aside from this, I had a good experience.

The Hotel exhibited such poor management. The key for the rooms did not work properly. Room service was so lacking that they took an eternity to understand our request and did not follow through. No extra bedsheets were provided. The exhaust fan in our room was so loud, that the bathroom hanger was broken and was hanging. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable. The intercoms were also not working. The only good thing of this hotel is its Location. We arrived early and wanted to check in early, but they denied us and told us to come back at 12 pm (the usual check-in time), it was fair, nothing wrong with that, but when we came back at 1 pm they still did not have the room ready for us. We waited another whole hour to be allocated a room even though we had booked the room prior. They have selective elevator services, the lift only travels between 2 floors, and the guests on the other floors are expected to use the stairs. My mom has arthritis and finds it difficult to use stairs, the management made us go to them every single time and ask them to allow the lift to stop at our floor so that my mom can use it. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Astro Marine please up your game.

Excellent Stay with Great Location and Service I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Astro Marine. The location is perfect--right in the heart of Marine Drive with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like AC, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Room service was prompt, and the overall hospitality made me feel at home. Free Wi-Fi and parking were added bonuses. It's definitely great value for money. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers visiting Kochi!

Services is so poor. No proper lift facilities... Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Instant geyser kept in wash rooms, unable to use heat water while bathing. Exhaust fan provided in wash room produces heavy noise.. In request only they are providing toothpaste, soap etc... There is no restaurant attached with this hotel... When i request for tea, person available in reception ( may be around 18 years) shows the way to tea shop. This is the quality service provided to the guests...

We have booked 2 standard Ac rooms for 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay . The rooms are so clean and apt for 2 pax. During my stay i had an opportunity to mingle with most of their staffs ( manager , front office and house keeping guys ) everybody are so kind and responsive . Wonder ful arrangement, polite and well mannered staff, i booked 10 rooms for 7 days , near about 21 peoples stay their, all are international athletes , the provide wonderful complimentary breakfast. Wonder ful lacation , love to visit again and again, Nasir is the best guy , he kept all his words during the booking .
