Sun 'N' Tan

We stayed at Sun and Tan Resort as a group of 9 and booked the entire property. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The owner, Murali, was incredibly friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. The caretaker also deserves a special mention for preparing delicious breakfast every morning. The property itself is exceptionally comforting and homely. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the beach from the balcony/terrace -- truly breathtaking! We enjoyed having group discussions there while taking in the scenery. The location is fantastic, with ample parking space and convenient areas to wash feet and dry clothes after visiting the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway!

The home stay is conveniently located close to the beach,with the main city just about 4km away. Since we were a group of 12 people, we needed an entire house, and this place was perfect for that. The Terrace offers a beautiful beach view, adding to the overall experience. We traveled from Bangalore in a tempo traveler and had no issues with parking, as there was ample space available.

We had a great family vacation for 2 days here. The caretaker Mr. Kishan is very helpful and supported very well during our stay. The owner Mr. Mohan was also helpful to suggest us many places to visit. Rooms were clean and large, view from balcony and terrace of the sea is beautiful. All in all, it was a very memorable experience for us. Thanks for hosting us.

The hospitality at Sun n tan was exceptional. Mr. Murali Mohan, the host, is like none other. He was extremely friendly and was flexible to our requests. The room and the bathroom were clean and the service was excellent which was complimented with an excellent hearty breakfast made by the cook. If you and your friends happen to visit Kannur, make sure you stay here and experience their hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sun N Tan homestay in Kannur. The highlight, of course, is the breathtaking beach view right outside the property. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony made the stay even more special.

The Moham sir the owner of the homestay is very helpful, polite and courteous. He is always ready to help you. We wanted to witness "Thayyam" and he found out where it would be happening near by and helped us with the information. The caretaker 'Kisan' at the home stay is a very good person. Always ready to offer his help. We checked out at 3am and guess what, he was ready with tea and coffee at 3 am. AMAZING experience at the home stay. We had taken the rooms on the first floor. The room are clean and spacious. You get an amazing view of the ocean. Pets are allowed in the homestay as well. We want to thank you Mohan sir and Kisan for your hospitality.

Hospitality is exceptional. Calm nd quiet place. Good Beach view point. Price is affordable. Overall we had good experience.

I have to Kannur 15 times, and stayed here first time and found this is one of the best place to stay in Kannur, host is so welcoming and friendly. The house help Kisan makes nice breakfast. Definitely it will be the place where I will be staying in future as well.
