Room is not clean, so much dust, so much masqutes in room.so bad.

It is not worth the price. Location is good. Autostand, restaurants, bus stand near by. But cleanliness is lacking. Rooms are shabby. Hot water is not available. TV not working. Bed is not comfortable. linen is dirty. Towel is provided. 500 ml water. Power supply is intermittent. Non AC rooms are very hot. Fans don't function properly. Floor is sticky. Lift not functional. Doors are not secure. Mosquito in abundance. Toilet is not well maintained. Dirty and having lots of loose and leaky plumbing. Staff is friendly. Over priced for the quality of the service that I received. Not recommended for family. Solo is fine for overnight stay.

Would be fine for someone who is doing solo travel. I took a Non-AC room despite summer and the humid of Malabar. Should be Okish if your room is well ventilated. My room merely had any air. Location is good, for the itenery I made this property is in the centre. Price is fine. Should be fine with AC rooms

It's 2 star hotel. I paid 700 for non ac room through goibibo. Hotel is new. But works are still going on! Room had tv facility. Mosquito bite issue was there. Room was less maintained. Room's interior is unfinished. Actually this hotel has being renovated from an old building, so you could see that awfulness of that old building from outside. Also I am not satisfied on owners behavior. Actually lot of people booked this hotel after our checkin. So when whole the work completes and after well maintained this is going to be good 3 star hotel. Really not satisfied about the interior of the room. But for 700 rupees satisfied customer I am.

Good rooms and budget friendly stay.. Property Has been Maintained Very Well and its connected with well approached roads.. . we stopped by after a long journey, Room space is good enough, not big though. Clean room and clean bathroom. Well maintained. But the only problem is its too hot in rooms.

Rooms are very dirty,full of dust and spiderwebs, very poor in cleanliness.. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, AC doesn't work, TV has no signal.. And what else not... I seriously don't recommend this hotel to anyone

One of the worst rooms, dirty rooms, no cleaning. If you love the mosquitos come and stay in the room. If you switch on the fan the air not coming only the dust comes after running of fan.
