"Had a great New Year celebration at Kanmadam Resort. The dormitory was clean and budget-friendly, the pool was refreshing, and the food was delicious. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and festive vibes made it a memorable stay. Highly recommend!"

Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Cost. Our stay at this resort was an absolute nightmare. The behavior of manager and Owner was so bad and unfriendly, showing no interest in addressing our concerns. The lack of privacy and security was horrible, making us feel unsafe throughout our stay.The local people were rude, freely entering the resort without any permission. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different resort for a more enjoyable experience. One star is too generous; if possible, I'd rate it zero.

If you are booking a resort looking for safety and privacy then never go here.We booked a private resort for our privacy . There is no watchman and gate here.Many people enter the resort even at night for cigarettes.The behavior of the locals and the manager is very bad.They threatened to kill us and burn the bus, also used foul language in front of children and women. The manager of the resort has not even managed to secure our privacy.So it is better to never go to this resort

A wonderful stay with awesome climate in seasonal located in kannur district,best time to visit (june to December) .And also budget friendly stay with swimming pool, kitchen facilities, friendly staffs

Visited this resort on 24 th December with my family of more than 30 members including childrens.we had very bad and scary experience .local peoples in there try to harm us and threatened to kill.even after complaining there was no action from management.all of us stayed in a room for safety.thos peoples were waited outside for whole night to attack us.we were able to comeback in morning only after police protection.try not to convinced by management team to book this resort.do not risk your life by choosing this resort.

They have a decent swimming pool. Drinking water we have to buy by paying for each bottle. Rooms are not bad, manager was a nice guy. Wifi connection available but only outside the rooms . No mobile coverage.

Affordable resort but do not expect any good natural views. Swimming pool, Kitchen and dining areas are neat and clean.
