Hotel Emirates, Rooms and Banquet hall

Over all experience was disappointing. Room was not clean, with stains in the bathroom and unwashed sheets. The AC didn't work, and it was noisy outside all night. I expected better for the price. Needs improvement. Not suggesting for family.

Great rooms, very affordable, and most importantly - super clean! This is our go-to hotel for every visit to Kerala. Staff is friendly and experienced.

Really had a bad experience me and friend Zayan stayed at this hotel and accidentally lost key card at friends car we just arrived after dinner around 4 am and the response we had when we requested for an temporary key from the reception was very unprofessional and asked for 500 rs cash But unfortunately we couldn't make cash payments. And receptionist was insulting us so then we had to give our phone for revenue. Pls don't stay if it is ur first time. Worst night I had in my life.

Very bad service . Rude receptionist Me and my colleague ashfak was staying here for a business purpose and we unfortunately lost key card and wallet on our friends car after dinner and we arrived hotel around 4am and we only could get card morning we asked for a temporary acces and the response we get from receptionist was very rude and he asked for 500 rs money for deposit unfortunately our wallet was in friends car and had to give our phone as a revenue and had very rough and memorable night mare So pls book room at emirates kanhangad if it is ur first time Worst service i get from a hotel Worst worst worst....

Their service is very poor. Got locked inside the restroom as the door handle got jammed. The fittings inside the room are of poor quality. The bed sheets were unclean and had stains all over. I don't see why they don't concentrate on basic things like the shampoo bottle being half empty. Their service doesn't match the rates. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are spacious and the bed is king size. Tidy linen and blankets. The bathrooms are neat and modern. The location is central. All good food outlets and shopping is walking distance away. They have a basement parking that can accommodate about 10 cars. The staff is courteous.

I stayed here for one night with my entire crew. The service they provide was too good and the food was also good. It is perfect choice if you need a room in Kanhangad city. And also near to railway station.
