Oshin Resort & Hotels

I had a real good experience in terms of the stay, Hospitality with the Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming with a quick expected response rate. The rooms were kept clean making the overall stay pleasant

Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was by far the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception staff, restaurant staff or manager went out of their way to help and were always cheerful and friendly. |There is an onsite restaurant and coffee shop, just a couple of things to be aware of 1. The menu is predominantly Indian (well you are in India) however there are one or two European dishes available and 2 .The hotel is alcohol free but the Mocktails were delicious and we never noticed the absence of booze.|We didn't use the on site swimming pool or gymnasium but they never appeared crowded. Outside of the hotel it's about a five minute walk to an ATM and auto rickshaws. Alternatively, if you need a taxi the hotel will arrange this for you. |We had a wonderful stay and have given the Oshin Hotel a five star rating - it deserved nothing less.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Room are very clean neat. The food was a standout feature of my visit. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Every meal I had was flavorful and beautifully presented, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. Overall, I had a very positive experience, with excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and outstanding food. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Very good hotel with professional staff in the reception and restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food delicious and we enjoyed the food festival too. Special thanks to Shamveel who was on duty in the reception the night before our arrival and helped me to book the rooms.

I was quite impressed by the cleanliness, the very gentle and polite manner of the staff and the value for the money I paid. I could meet the managing director of the hotel who allowed me to use the pool area even out of the opening hours. This gentleman understood how to satisfy customers like me. Very nice! I would like to emphasize in particular the pool and gym area which are in a very modern and clean condition. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely come back - for business and private with my family.

Stayed at d hotel for 3 nights and must say....our stay was absolutely..... absolutely wonderful . Everything from the time we checked in, to our availing all the services at the property, everything was just perfect.... Food is good.. rooms r beautiful n clean. And the best part is the staff... each n every staff is so welcoming and so courteous. Seriously we have stayed at some many hotels but never seen such happy staff anywhere.... Highly recommended...

I stayed in Oshin hotel on 6&7th May 2025.The hotel & its location is very nice,very clean, calm n well maintained.The hotel has a vast area. with very good ambience.Rooms are very clean n well maintained. Hotel staff is very receptive n deciplined.Breakfast is very good with variety of recipes. The food in the restaurant is also good. I enjoyed my stay very much in this hotel.
