Konfudha Resort

I never imagined that a hotel claiming itself to be a resort can be this horrible. - Kids pool with slide - don't be fooled by the photos that are posted by the property. Kids pool with the slide had dirty water and not usable at all. This was the only thing we booked this hotel for and before booking I enquired over phone if the kids pool is operational. I was informed that it is operational hence I did the booking. The staff had a careless attitude towards this and even had the audacity of saying have you booked the hotel for staying or for using pool. I have attached the video of the pool. - Rooms - extremely dirty, pillows were full of fungus. There are no toiletries provided, you have to ask for each and every basic necessity. - Service - I cannot rate on service as there is none. There is no room service no restaurant not even a cup of tea is available. There were two staff members roaming and when you ask them to help with luggage they will keep on fighting among themselves as to who should do it. I would strongly advise everyone not to make a mistake of booking this hotel ever.

We recently stayed at Confuda Resort in Wayanad and had a great experience! The resort is serene, kid-friendly, and has a lovely swimming pool and restaurant. They offer various rooms to suit different budgets, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The room service and staff were excellent. The resort's ambiance is perfect for a photo shoot! It's conveniently located near petrol pumps and restaurants. Overall, we felt it was well worth the price and highly recommend it!

Nice hospitality and largest swimming pool. The children's playground and children's swimming pool are beautiful.

Upon our journey's winding way, they would often stop to stay, a haven for their electric steed, refueling dreams as engines plead.

The staff were very non cooperative.we were a team of around 35 pax. And there were many other guests as well. There was only one person to serve all these guests .and every requestthat we make were either unattended or delayed response..Lookwise, the resort is good and clean. Great pool experience as well.

During my recent visit to your swimming pool, I was surprised to find that the entry fee was more than double the price compared to other swimming pools in the area. Additionally, I noticed that the pool did not have enough water, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper swimming experience. When I inquired about the water level at the reception, I was informed that due to the pool's large size, only half of the water was filled. This explanation did not seem satisfactory to me, as it is essential for a swimming pool to have an adequate water level for safety and enjoyment. I believe that as a customer, I should receive a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancies I observed during my visit. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take appropriate measures to address these issues.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience and a terrible day. I made the booking through Make My Trip, but it turned out to be a very low-quality establishment. It is definitely not suitable for families, as even public toilets are better maintained than theirs. It is important to never solely rely on the reviews of others. Despite the high price paid, there is absolutely nothing worth it. I decided to decline the check-in and left. Make My Trip has been in contact with the establishment to arrange a cancellation for my booking. Unfortunately, they are refusing to cooperate, resulting in a loss of my money. I strongly advise my dear friends and families to steer clear of this establishment, as it is both cheap and unclean.
