Rooms were not up to the mark. Service boys were good and empathetic. They helped quickly! The jet spray was broken and the exhaust and hot water in the bathroom didn't work.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and good food. Truly appreciate Mr. Ranjeet who has been coordinating for our requirement from start till end. He has always been very responsive, accomodating and ensures hospitality. Highly recommend Hotel Prince.
