Hotel Amma Residency

I m totally happy with this hotel. I came from trivandrum and I had stayed in this hotel with my family( me, wife, daughter,) wife had an exam in kalady university. So the full day I need to stay with my daughter. 01/04/2025 evng i chek in this hotel. Next day she had exam. In Other hotels normally we need to chekout 11 am. But here I stayed almost 24 hrs. I didn't paid any amount for extra hours( 2k for 24 hours, Ac room) . 24 hours hot water, sufficient parking space, Clean room, wifi, android TV, good service Thanks Ratheesh chetta for your services

Over all rating four star. There is no service as there is no hotel or cafeteria attached to it. Rupees 1500/- for an AC room for 24 hours stay is reasonable for a couple. The AMMA Residency is situated at the heart of Kalady Town.

Very good budget friendly hotel for family stay.

Very pleasant stay here. We booked over phone and one Mr.Saji in the reception is courteous and helpful. Very apt place to stay for families and located in prime area . Those who wish to visit kalady and adjoining pilgrim centres this Lodge will be the right place. Shops, auto stand available in opposite side. Hotel Lakshmi Bhavan vegetarian hotel, is walkable distance from this Lodge. Over all stay is excellent.

Booked Via telephone. Double room with extra bed (800 + 100=900) Pros Location:Easy acess to kalady town. Cons: Rooms are on 2nd floor.with no lift. Not suitable for elderly people who cannot climb stairs. No mosquito nets in room.But they do provide repellant. The establishment is not easily noted.The entry passage is too narrow and looks spooky at first visit. No way it can accomodate bigger groups.As parking is limited. Restaurant:Below average experiance.Not much items in menu and those which are there not up to mark.Looked like old food. Verdict; STAY HERE IF NO OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE ONLY

Had stayed here one night to catch a flight in the next day. The staffs are very cordial and helpful. Made a mistake of booking this hotel through Make my Trip, which turns out to be very costly. One should book using OYO here as it comes with breakfast and bigger room and almost 25 percent less than make my trip. However the hotel staff compensated me with their service and they offered me the same room as OYO, as the room for make my trip was so small for the excess price I paid for them.

Rooms was good clean And good hospitality

Hotel AMMA residency is just after the periyar river on the left side of the road ,while travelling to thrisur side at the Kalady town center.Its on the road side itself.This hotel has a.c and non a.c. rooms.This hotel has a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Extra beds will be provided for rupees 200.The non a.c. rooms are worth rupees 800.The hotel has its own parking facility .Overall the hotel is very good.Any family can choose this hotel as it gives a secure feeling.
