Hotel Moriah Inn Rooms & Auditorium Banquet Hall Pala Kottayam

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite a significant increase in room rates, the quality has clearly not improved. The washroom had an unpleasant odor and wasn't cleaned properly. During a power outage, there was no assistance from the staff unless prompted, even though it was during the day. The table had oil stains, and both the bed sheets and towels looked unwashed. Overall, not the experience I expected for the price.

Rooms are Excellent... Spacious rooms... situated on the first floor of the building just above Pala Bakes...Economical price... Room service good... Two good restaurants are available in the ground floor Pala Bakes and Grand hotel... ample parking space... very near to the high way... Soap, toothpaste, and Bath towels not available.

I regret having to write this bad review, but this organization needs to significantly improve the quality of their services, especially considering their prices they charge, as if they provide premium amenities with quality. While it may have been better in its earlier days (as per previous reviews), this is not a place you should choose to stay at in its current condition. The blankets are unhygienic , the shower barely drips water, and the toilets are not properly cleaned. The walls in the rooms are covered with dirt, and the beds are so worn out that you can feel the springs, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Hoping they would consider this feedback and make progress in future for their upcoming Guests.

Hotel Moriah Inn Rooms & Auditorium is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the auditorium is perfect for shows and events. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I had a great time here and can't wait to come back! It's a great place for families and friends to make happy memories together!"

Good rooms & good service reception in charge very good person

Good rooms and clean rooms. But our room had issues with power tripping if we use AC and geyser together. Check this before you take rooms. Food available at reachable place. Hotels and shops available in the parking area.

It's a decent hotel located in a prime area. The rooms we stayed were just average and could have been improved in terms of over all services and facilities. There's a bakery on the group floor and one can get some good snacks and food there

I'm posting this review because of the terrible experience I had at the small party hall at Moriah inn, Cherpunkal. We had booked the hall for a party at 12 pm and the hall owners charted another party at the same hall at 2.30 without informing us prior. They rushed us and our guests who hadn't even finished their lunch. They were not even polite or apologetic about their unprofessional behaviour. We had to pack the cakes and sweets by ourselves and had to literally rush out of the hall because of their torture. It was one of the worst experience I ever had. The entire family was upset. We couldn't perform any of the programs we had rehearsed, couldn't take photographs with the props we had purchased exclusively for that. So much financial loss , mental agony and disgrace from our guests. The manager is not even ready to contact me on phone. You may think twice before booking places like this.
