Kismat Biriyani

We had one of the worst dining experiences at Kismat Biryani, Chengannur. Despite pre-booking the biryani in advance, the restaurant completely failed to deliver properly. There was zero attention to customer. For a restaurant that claims to be popular, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. If you're going to offer pre-booking, the least you can do is ensure proper service when the guests arrive. The whole experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly, not worth the time or money. We expected at least decent hospitality, but what we got was total negligence. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or satisfying dining experience.

The food here is undeniably good, and the biriyani stands out in terms of flavor. However, the service is quite poor, with staff lacking professionalism and attentiveness. The ambience also leaves much to be desired, making the dine-in experience unpleasant. I strongly recommend opting for takeaway instead of dining in, as it's a much better option for enjoying their delicious food.

Chicken Biriyani is very good. It may not be available always, so call and make sure it's available before going to the shop. The dine in experience was poor. There's only very limited staff. The dining area is on the first floor and has a bad ambiance. But the place is recommended because Biriyani is very good.

We were bit confused initially as we thought the rate is too high comparatively but surprisingly it met our expectation. It's worth a try . We really enjoyed it both quality and quantity wise . We specially took diversion on the way from Varkala to Kochi to try this and would really spoil the journey if it wasn't good . So thank you

Very bad experience at Kismat Biriyani. Food was good, but service was terrible. Our server didn't care about our needs and it took very very long to get the food. The atmosphere was decent. Good food wasn't enough to make up for the bad service. Won't recommend until they improve."

I tried chicken biryani (3kg serves 4 people) It was so tasty and high in quantity. Some chicken fried pieces was also packed extra. Highly recommended spot for biriyani lovers.

I'm obsessed with the biryani at Kismat Biriyani. The flavors are incredibly rich and authentic. rice is perfectly cooked, and the meat is tender and juicy. The spice blend is masterful, striking the perfect balance between aromatic and fiery. Portions are generous, pricing is reasonable.
