Hotel Sidhartha Four Star Luxury Business Class Hotel

I had been there for a wedding recently. This hotel has Excellent rooms, very pleasant staff, the front office staff, the lady was highly hospitable, I forgot to get her name. The ideal example of service with a smile was her. The service also was really quick. The food was really tasty at their restaurant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting chalakudy. I would be choosing to stay at Sidhartha for my future visits

I waited a long time for breakfast over there and not get food on time ..there service is very bad they are giving importance to there premium clients only ..I waited around 3p minutes for breakfast and I didn't get breakfast after that also very poor service

Rooms are good. Low level Bed and non availability of ceiling fan are disadvantages. Food is average for vegetarians. Using lot of oil...Reception staff are giving false promises..no coordination among them. OfferredTarriff and charged are different, when asked..no proper response nor bothering about guests nor business by giving callous answers..Laundry service is just waste..

Booked a Function with Lunch on January 18th at 11:00am. They promised every thingnwill be in place as instructed. When we arrived by 10, thestage was not ready, the sound system was not there. The projector systemnwas not there, and the guys were scrambling. By 10:30 guests started arriving and eve by 11 the setup was not complete. Wenwanted a video presetation, but the projector has notnarrived. This disorganisation and sloppiness affectwd our function.|With the lunch, the service was very poor, and many guests did not get the dishes they were supposed to serve. Manybguests talked bad about the food.|For a 4 star Hotel, there performance was third rated.

We have booked 3 rooms via MakeMyTrip. The group included small children and elderly parents. 1 day prior, we got a call telling the centralised airconditioning at the hotel was defective and they are changing our hotel. They downgraded our rooms to a nearby small hotel where the ac barely worked and even the front desk was uninhabited most of the times. Upon enquiring through other routes we found the hotel was accepting bookings. Requesting all good people to stay away from this place which lack basic human ethics

Overall a good experience...rooms are spacious and clean, warm reception at the front office. But not a good place for a pure vegetarian.

I booked 2 executive deluxe rooms via goibibo a week prior to the intended stay, with full payment. I had already confirmed about the check-in time and the hotel staffs informed me it's 12-12. We were travelling from a long distance and so due to the heavy traffic, I informed the hotel authorities that we will only check-in after 9 pm and they said that there is no issues with it . Reached the hotel by 10 pm and it was very disappointing to hear that they're still cleaning the room that we were supposed to check-in 10 hours back. We nearly waited 1 hour to check-in. The staff in the reception didn't even tried to rectify the problem faster.
