Gateway Bekal

We recently visited Gateway bekal, and it was a truly memorable and pleasant stay. The property is beautifully maintained amidst lush greenery, creating a very refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. The in-house facilities were excellent, and everything was well-organized. The restaurant team and staff were extremely supportive, cooperative, and always ready to do anything to make customers happy. Their friendly attitude and genuine care made us feel very special. The services offered were outstanding, and they gave great importance to customer satisfaction. Breakfast - it was delicious and highly appreciated! Even the kids enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and other amenities were well maintained and added to our wonderful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We are looking forward to visiting Gateway bekal again in the coming days. Kudos to the entire team for their excellent service and heartfelt hospitality!

It was a very comfortable and a wonderful stay at Gateway Bekal. The staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Divya Badlani who was courteous to ask the occasion of visit (which was my sons birthday) and she quickly arranged a toy and also arranged for a decoration and cake at room for the occasion. She made the day for kids and they were very delighted. The property is very nice and is managed very nicely. One of the best Gateway hotels I have visited so far ( I have stayed at 2 other gateway properties).

An excellent stay experience at Bekal Gateway. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great hospitality. Happy with all the service rendered by each and every member at the resort. This was our first trip after the birth of our daughter and I must tell you that the staycation at Gateway Bekal will indeed be memorable for our family ||We really appreciate Ms Divya at the front desk for the traditional and friendly welcome along with a relaxing Welcome drink. She made sure our daughter is comfortable by proactively offering a crib along with a cute little teddy bear,that little gesture was commendable.The staff took our infant's comfort into consideration and delicious food of our choices were delivered to our rooms on our request.||We chose the premium lake view cottage. The room was spacious and well maintained with a mesmerizing view. We spent most of our time by the lake outside and took a stroll through the garden. The buggy ride through the property was also one to enjoy.||We opted for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was delicious . The staff make sure that your comfortable.||Overall we will definitely consider revisiting Gateway Bekal again.

The stay was awesome with my family. The rooms were of great ambience. They staff were very friendly from front desk to buggy drivers. The food was good but needs some innovative ideas and some improvement in quality of certain dishes. Overall excellent experience.

A Serene Getaway at The Gateway Resort, Bekal We had a wonderful stay at The Gateway Resort, Bekal -- a truly peaceful retreat spread across 30 acres, beautifully set alongside the tranquil backwaters. The property is well-maintained and feels fresh and new, with lush greenery, open spaces, and a calm, rejuvenating vibe throughout. The hospitality was exceptional. Right from the smooth check-in experience to the helpful nature of the staff, everything felt warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Josephine at the reception, who was extremely polite, friendly, and made our check-in effortless. The resort offers a wide range of activities for all age groups -- kite flying, boating, fishing, cycling, and a dedicated kids' play area. It's a perfect place for families, especially with children. There's also plenty of open space for walks or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. What we especially loved was how the property balances comfort with the natural surroundings -- whether you're enjoying a peaceful backwater view, cycling through the scenic paths, or relaxing by the pool, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and experience genuine hospitality. Will definitely visit again!

Our stay at The Gateway Bekal was truly memorable. Right from the start, the welcome experience was amazing -- warm, smooth, and made us feel instantly at home. A special thanks to Josephine at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and assisted us with an upgrade to exec suite room. Her professionalism and care really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. The breakfast spread was exceptional -- fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully curated each morning. However, the lunch and dinner menus could be improved. We noticed that buffet items were often left out for long periods without being refreshed, which took away from the otherwise high standards of the property. The housekeeping team deserves a mention too -- they did a great job maintaining the rooms and ensuring everything was spotless throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and quick response time added to the comfort of our visit. We also spent time at the pool, where the staff was very attentive and courteous. They made sure guests were looked after, whether it was with towels, or seatings -- a small but important touch that added to the overall relaxing vibe. The staff at the valet also deserve high praise -- they ensured our luggage was delivered promptly and that buggy services were available with minimal wait time. Most impressively, they managed all of this with a smile, even in the sweltering heat. That kind of service really makes a difference. Overall, The Gateway Bekal is a beautiful property with a wonderful team. We look forward to visiting again!

Really Wonderful and amazing stay. Being a recently inaugurated property rooms were really neat and clean. Mr Indrajit at the reception gave us an upgrade to Premium room and it was water front cottage. Room was really spacious. Food was really delicious. Really worth the the amount. Nice and courteous staff
