Hotel Diamond Fort

Pros: 1. Room and amenities are excellent. 2. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Cons: 1. A lack of professionalism and the core idea of hospitality. We had to remind them at times what the customer is expecting, before they could provide it themselves. 2. The very nature of service was compromised quite a few times. Sharing relevant information during the stay was also flawed. In short there must be necessary improvements in the hospitality management and professionalism.

I had such a great stay at this hotel for two days. The rooms were super comfortable and had everything I needed, plus they were spotless. The staff was really friendly and always made sure I had what I needed felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The food was amazing, way better than I expected, and there was plenty of variety. I also spent some time in the executive lounge, which was super cozy and had a great selection of drinks at fair prices. It's one of those places where everything just clicks, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a chill, hassle-free stay.

Had stayed for a night at Rooms are spacious and amenities are good. Complimentary breakfast was something on the negative side. We were said breakfast will be ready by 8:30 only with minimum 2 different items. When we reached at that time, only availability was "Puttu and Banana'' with Dosa taking time till 9. One suggestion would be to order early in the morning and then go to restaurant. Behavior of the night staff "Binu" was excellent as he explained about the facilities, ordering early for the night as restaurant closes by 10. Should look into making the breakfast timing around 8 and have things ready

Very bad !! No masala/gravy nothing in biriyani from zomato. The rice was. Plain and got zero flavours in it. And only one piece of chicken was served which was very very very disappointing!! It mentioned 2 pieces on zomato?!!!!!Waste of moneyy!! Very very disappointing!!

Exceptional Stay at hotel diamond fort "From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the staff at hotel diamond fort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and immaculately clean.

Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. Nobody was rude or unprofessional. We got two rooms and stayed there for two nights in September. It's a relatively new property and the rooms were clean, except for the extra pillows in the dresser, they were not washed. Washroom did have a bad smell. They couldn't give an extra room key for another person. The email correspondence is not the best English, they sound rude but probably don't mean to be. Cost is higher than other places, maybe because it's a new property. Chairs in the room are not comfortable. Blackout curtains don't exist if you want to take a nap. When other rooms don't close their door properly, the beeping from the door is very annoying. Food is terrible, they can't make anything properly, especially for the price and quantity. Food is also not consistent, they can't even make dosas properly. We ate 5 to 6 meals there. Chef seems to be a nice guy, but I don't think he can fix the issues. Hot water takes a very long time for the shower and it will stop half way, this was an issue for both days for both rooms. Getting in and out of the shower we needed 30 mins, no exaggeration. When we checked in the AC took a very long time to cool because of the sun's heat, blackout curtains will help the issue. They say the rooms were made for foreigners, who want to see Amma, they need to improve for sure. They were willing to listen to our feedback. They have a bar next door and it has loud music until 10 to 10:30 in the night. They don't have any facilities for the driver to stay there like hotels generally do, this will cost you more money every night for the driver to find a place. Driver can't even use any washroom there so he has to,park somewhere else and we have to call him every time to give him a heads up. I wish them the best and I hope they fix the issues. I will give them another shot.
