Terrible Experience - Fake Facilities, No Basic Amenities, No Refund - AVOID THIS HOTEL! We booked 6 rooms at Collection O Alappuzha Town through OYO and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The rooms were absolutely filthy, with dark brown, stained towels and bedsheets Mosquitoes all over - we couldn't even relax inside No TV in the rooms - just TV stands in two rooms, nothing else No water in the toilets, and when I asked the receptionist (only one person was there at night), he casually said "Water will be available by tomorrow" - shocking! Only one staff member at night to handle everything - no help, no service It was impossible to stay, and we were forced to vacate the rooms the same night. This entire experience felt like a scam. OYO is promoting properties that don't meet even the basic standards of hygiene and service. Highly NOT recommended. Stay far away from this hotel and think twice before booking through OYO. You'll only end up with frustration, loss, and zero support.

A very nice place to stay and enjoy the vacation.....very good service and staffs are very polite and very friendly.... Very neat and clean place

The room they provided at first has many issues but then they gave us a new room and we had issues in that room too.. but they resolved it asap. Their service was good. Price could've been lesser than 2k

A pathetic place, I had booked via OYO since it is close to the beach and my boat house ride. Sadly the guy at reception said rooms were not available when I reached there at 3AM in the morning with my family. I had called him in the previous morning to confirm that I will be coming late and to hold the room till morning but the guy clearly denied everything. He was not able to converse in English either. A nightmare for me and my family, finally he agreed to give us a non-ac room which was beyond the conditions of an old booth bungalow.

Room was good. But the sealing fan was dusty. There is no hot water inside the bathroom. An irregular noice was coming from the AC. While we checked in, there was a bad smell coming from the washroom. It was not clean enough. No resturant facility. There was a protected parking area but without a roof top. Vehicles are exposed to sun and rain. Price was not that much high. But its affordable.

One of the worst hotal in alappy, i travelled from bangalore and reached in the mid night so i dnt had any other option so i checked in early morng 1am and 11 am i got a call whether am checking out or not bcz they only having 12 hour check out and charged 2500 and in online they are showing 1700,and about the room tv is not working Ac is not working and they have bended leaf fan with generator sound,even they dnt have cells to change ac remote and bath room was not cleaned one bath room exhaust not working and inside room u can find cockroaches for time pass for everyone's reference added photos

I booked the room via oyo for me and my friends. We requested a early checkin and they arranged it for us and the price was fair. * The location was easly accessible and perfect in Gmaps * The receptionist was friendly and we had a smooth checkin * Room was well arranged * Compared to other OYO hotels the service was ok, the staff came to us within seconds and solved a water tap problem for us * There was nothing in the checkout procedure so it was so easy deg Although the room was clean there was 1-2 noticeable stains in the bedsheets give us a bad impression and we didn't complain deg Water tap weren't cleaned properly deg Tv remote weren't working properly it was broken but we managed to use it deg We couldn't adjust Air conditioning, it was fixed to our ideal temp so we adjusted with it Compared to other hotel the tarrif pricing was fair. We'll choose Aec Residency if we're looking for room in the town A 4/5 experience and thankyou OYO

Rooms are large. But poorly maintained. The ambience in photo is nice as it doesn't give any clue on the bad odour inside the room. Very old building and furniture. Poor housekeeping I selected this room based on it's details in agoda. As now days' some hotels are not allowing entry to online app booked guests I didn't book online. Their tariff was much higher than that of agoda and when I showed the same to manager, he replied that he will deny the check in citing the necessary of RTPCR as per hotel policy. However, I went ahead as it was nice as detailed in agoda app with kettles and nice bed. But the experience was bad. No Tea Kettles, bad odour, old styled rooms. I even got a wound from the edge of bathroom door of which metal part protrude outside.
