Baywatch Beach Resort

We booked for 2 families and he was not told initially it was not enough to stay, after reaching the spot he insists to take one more room with the same cost of each 3500Rs. The tariff is not worthy of this property. While checking nearby plenty of good resorts available with less than this price. Also very important the person of this property owner talk was very rude and unethical. Zero hospitality to the guests. Really we lost our holiday enjoyment mood. It was horrible and dissatisfied only for his behavior and talking tone.

The AC was not working. The location and the vicinity to the beach is the only selling point. The manager is polite, but elderly. There was some voltage issue reported and we couldn't take the room we were seeing because of the AC not working. It would have been okay if the AC worked. The rooms are slightly expensive for the amenities but I think they're charging this money for the location. Beach is about 5 mins walk away.

I stayed bay watch resort two weeks before. I will not recommend for anybody. Because of their improper maintenance. That night was a nightmare for me the bed bugs didn't allow me to sleep and if there any load shed there is no precautions for that even. The washroom was horrible i couldn't bear the smell from the washroom. Fully disappointed and over charged. If you want a peaceful and enjoyable holiday trip don't go near to this resort.

Recently stayed at Baywatch Beach Resort, and my experience was disappointing. While the location is excellent, close to the beach, and the exterior appears beautiful and well-maintained, the interior tells a different story. Issues Encountered 1. Poor Shower Facilities: The shower didn't work properly, with old pipes and minimal water flow. The showerhead was clogged with dust and rust. 2. Lack of Amenities: Except for two bottles of mineral water, no other amenities were provided. 3. Bed Bugs: The most disturbing issue was the presence of bed bugs. Despite the room appearing clean, we found bugs all over the pillow and mattress, making it impossible to sleep. 4. Breakfast Miscommunication: We were promised breakfast, but surprisingly, they claimed ignorance. Overpriced For 2000 (~$250 USD) per night, I expected better services and amenities. Recommendation Until they address these issues, I wouldn't recommend Baywatch Beach Resort. Suggestions for Improvement 1. Renovate bathrooms and fix plumbing issues. 2. Provide essential amenities. 3. Ensure pest control measures. 4. Improve communication regarding services. Hopefully, the management will take these concerns seriously and make necessary changes.

I had a decent stay at this beachfront resort. The ambience was lovely, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. It's reasonably priced compared to other beachfront resorts. The housekeeping staff, especially the women, was very supportive and friendly. However, the older man in charge was not pleasant to the customers and could improve his attitude.The room was very spacious, which was a plus. However, there were missed opportunities to enhance the evening experience with activities to enjoy the beach breeze. This lack of activities was a bit disappointing from a guest's standpoint, as it affected the overall experience and potential for creating memorable moments.Overall, it was a decent stay with good people, particularly the housekeeping lady.

The hotel is in front of the beach expect that nothing is good..rooms are bad..no service..was here for 2 days but no one for house keeping... bathroom is bad n was given one which was leaking...when asked about it they brought wiper to clean....when asked for different room then I was told all rooms r like that. So take higher end rooms.... Won't recommend any one

DO NOT VISIST THIS PLACE. You will certainly spoil your holiday. Stay away from this place and its ZOMBI, rude, and ill-mannered owner (Mr. Mathew).||Firstly, It's not a resort, it's a house with a couple of rooms which do not have any facility like of a resort. There is No restaurant, no swimming pool, no room service, no Porter, no front desk. etc.||Secondly there's no sea view at all. Zero hospitality.||The blankets they gave were disgustingly old and smelled so awful that it was impossible to sleep. The stench was unbearable!||Bathroom is very dirty. Horrible room with absolutely no hygiene.||The photos on the website are completely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. What you see online is||nothing like the real situation - it's a total scam!. Real and present condition of the property is way different that what is shown in the pics.||Absolutely NO maintenance. Garden, verandah, the rooms, the parking area, entrance, walkway etc. all are in very poor condition and dirty.||Price is really not worth. Worst experience I had in my entire Kerala trip.||Overall its PATHETIC experience.||These people have full potential to ruined your vocations.
