The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The service and reception was good. The breakfast is above average. For the third adult, only mattress with covers and pillow and need sleep on the floor. A cot would have been comfortable. No fridge. Some lights in the main room and the light at shaving mirror at bathroom was not working. I when requested, was informed that there is no connection there. Overall a Good and safe stay.

We went to look up our son at Manipal. The super deluxe rooms were very clean and spacious. Complimentary Breakfast was basic South Indian menu and decent enough. Minor glitches with AC and seepage were promptly attended to. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hygiene of dining hall needs a little improvement. Overall a good experience. Total value for money

Hotel is in a very accessible location. Room was of decent size & well kept.||||Bathroom however had a persistent odour; possibly due to lack of exhaust/ventilation.||Basement car parking area was in a dilapidated condition.||Room reservation was for 3 adults, but towels & pillows were provided only for 2. Request for a 3rd pillow was declined!||||Had not minded to pay a premium because breakfast was included. But with cold dosas being the main choice, turned out to be a disappointment.||The wash-room in the breakfast area had no working lights!||||Overall, a hotel that has potential for a great experience; but has a good last mile to cover!

Rooms are spacious. Bar and restaurant are in same room really didn't like that and all the clothes used in the room have foul smell. Staffs are good but overall it doesn't justify the price.

This is just a below average hotel which is over priced due to location. This was my first stay in a hotel where there is no proper water supply in wash room. Place is poorly mamaged, and there is no one to listen to you. Ine can clearly see that the basic stuffs like water glasses provide are unusable. None of the charging point will work, and few rooms have wshroom too compact. It does provide complimenory breakfast, which will have just 2-3 items, yet we had to wait long and request staff multiple times to avail them. Room service staff was humble, but there was nothing under his authority to rectify mistakes done by managment.

Very friendly staff and clean and spacious rooms,Taste food, Centre of the city what else u want. It's||Completely worth in that price in Udupi city. Nice hotel for even family and friends also for short and even long stay also.

What an amazing stay we had here, courtesy the able staff team, especially Mr. Boopathy. He ensured that everything was in place and even arranged for an early wholesome breakfast on the day of our check-out. He treated us with such warmth that I'll only stay here whenever I come back to Manipal! Even their in-house restaurant is awesome.

Amazing hotel.... Very clean rooms.... Breakfast is ok.... Could have added some poori for a change....everything else is great.... Great location....it's so near to the main bus stop that I just walked to the hotel....didn't need to take an auto....
