Good hotel with lodging facilities available. For food nearby hotels are available. Good food items available at food street including non veg.

The bed in the room is nice but bathrooms are very old and needs upgradation there is no health faucet in the bathroom. They have Anglo India Commode not WC.

I'm very happy to visit this residency with family members and comfortabale this place ilym

I had been to this hotel on my official tour and stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is situated in the main area of Tiptur and the location is very convenient. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff members are friendly. They serve complimentary breakfast but limited for only one item. Tiptur being a small city, one cannot expect much. However a good budget hotel recommended for business tours.

Hotel is good & well maintained. Management & their staff are very co-operative in all aspects. If any one visits this location next time u can definitely plan to stay here . Value for money ..

I had a great experience with this hotel. The rooms of the hotel were good and clean. Also the staff was friendly and gave us good service. The surrounding area is a bit crowded as it is on the main road. Breakfast provided was also tasty. Highly recommended.

4.5 Stars worth. Very good, nice & convenient place to stay. Almost equivalent to international hotel in facilities provided but with minor lacking of Water pipe & tissue papers and bathing solutions in the Wash room.

I really liked the rooms in this hotel. It was expensive but if you are staying for few days it's totally worth it. Keep in mind they do not provide food and there's no hotel.
