Finest prefab villa I came across, self cooking allowed, hot water available all time. Self service concept, group of 10-15 persons can comfortably stay, multiple toilet & 5 non AC bedroom

Very poorly maintained place. Especially Washrooms are so bad. The owner himself takes the phones of customers and gives 5 stars! This we noticed today. Don't believe any 5 star reviews here. 1. Dirty washrooms. 2. No geysers in bathrooms. 3. The swimming pool hasn't been cleaned in years. That's a pool built for bacteria, maybe. 4. Rooms do not have attached bathrooms.

20 of is stayed together , without our knowledge or permission he had taken our mobiles and given reviews on his own, which is unethical practice Probably all the good reviews are by him without the knowledge of that account memeber. Worst rooms, worst cleanliness, worst experience, no privacy, nothing.

BEWARE of the FAKE positive reviews ! I am only giving 4 stars so that the review comes up at the top. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE ever ! To begin with, please do not trust the positive reviews here because they are all given by owner himself without our consent. Under the pretext of providing password for the WiFi, he took my phone and gave 5 star review to his place without my consent. To open chrome using my account, and then typing a review in my phone without my permission felt was an absolute violation of my privacy. Later I found out that he did that with many of my relatives with whom I stayed ( 24 people renting the entire place). Many of them were senior citizens and couldn't comprehend what he did with their mobile phones. Highly unethical practice and a punishable offense to be honest. Many of the positive reviews that you see in this space are just from him and not from the actual person. Regarding the stay itself, Worst maintained rooms, Blatant disregard for acceptable cleanliness, no locks, no hot water in all bathrooms. Dusty beds and air. However, he did fill up the hot water for us early morning for each person. About the owner, He had no concern for privacy, especially females in the group strongly felt he was creepy asking for their details and messaging them unnecessarily. This is unacceptable. When asked about his giving reviews in our phones, he displayed no guilt and told us : no review, no WiFi. He had also posted some pictures of some members of our group without consent and we made him delete it in the end. I would have mentioned few positives ( for example, low price and his help with filling hot water), but the misuse of our phones and his behavior in general cannot be ignored and needs to be called out. Few feedbacks for the owner : Please provide honest answers. If you are not able to handle big crowd and provide decent cleanliness, do not agree to host. Instead of directly writing reviews without our consent, please ask us first. There is a thing called - consent in every situation and it needs to be respected. Instead of talking too much with us, make use of your internal energy to maintain the property well and provide decent service. Clean the swimming pool, nobody likes to see dirty water inside the place they stay. For people still looking to book the property: 1. Please make sure that he does not misuse your phones for fake reviews and inform senior citizens in your group not to simply give their phones or information ( he is talkative and is very good at collecting personal information ) 2. The prices are quite affordable, but comes with major drawbacks of poor hygiene, poor maintenance and no privacy. 3. If you are looking for just a place to crash for the night and don't care much about him posting from your account, please go ahead.
