The food is tasty, and service is generally quick. Parking is available within the complex, though it tends to fill up due to the hotel rooms upstairs. They offer both self-service and waited tables

On the ground floor, you'll find a pure vegetarian section serving a variety of delicious and wholesome dishes. Make your way to the 4th floor, and you're in for a treat if you enjoy non-vegetarian food. The dishes are packed with flavor and are prepared without the use of soda or artificial enhancers. The Prawn Ghee Roast is the undisputed star, rich, aromatic, and absolutely mouth-watering. I also recommend trying the Chicken Mughlai and a selection of their fish dishes. I recently visited Karthik Bhavan and had a wonderful dining experience. The ambience was fantastic--warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, giving the place a really awesome vibe. To start, I had the Tomato Soup, which was flavorful and comforting. The Masala Papad and French Fries were both tasty and satisfying. Then came the Gobi Manchurian, which was absolutely delicious--crispy, well-spiced, and full of flavor. The Veg Dragon Rolls were the highlight for me--perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and simply awesome. I ended my meal with the Aloo Paratha, and I must say, it was the best in town! Soft, generously stuffed, and full of authentic taste--it was the perfect finish to a great meal. Overall, it was a real treat to try such a variety of delicious dishes in one place. The service was also commendable--friendly, quick, and attentive. Karthik Bhavan is definitely a spot I'd recommend to anyone who enjoys good food in a great atmosphere. One of the most affordable restaurant cum lodge, they have kept prices of all the food very reasonable. Rooms are good , triple bed room I had availed . South meals are the one of the highest liked food here. They have a nonveg section on the 4th floor but are completely separate and there is no need to worry about contamination . Location is the biggest plus here.. Very close to Nanjappa Hospital, angels, max, Sarji hospitals... A couple owned business and passionate about providing the best service at a very affordable price.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner, we had non veg dishes that was so tasty and mouthwatering! Highly recommended to try non veg and veg too !

To start with 'Townhouse Shivamogga Formerly Karthik Bhavan' looks good online with all the amenities mentioned. With these amenities I booked a room here. But most of the things were not upto the mark. There were no toiletries, washbasin tap was not working (no water) and there was no television connection. All these facilities were reflecting when I booked the room. I had to change my room, no doubt the room was changed ASAP, but without any toiletries again.
