HOTEL BRIGHT

Irresponsible staffs, not at all respond properly, this hotel stinks, bad odour everywhere. Very arrogant management. Poor food quality, no hygiene at all, this place really sucks. Literally food here is not at all worth for it's cost. They are simply charging heavy.

I recently visited bright I feel very expensive Because food quality and taste was Very poor, roadside street food was better than this. If u spend just 10% money in street food. U will satisfied with them. Because here no taste. No quality no discipline and nothing special.. hopeless hotel never visit again.. one chicken biryani 210rs worst taste.. chicken pepper dry 350rs with bad chicken smell.. water bottle 1ltr 23rs without GST.. Very expencive with worst Taste.

Fake chicken and muttan in muttan biryani there is no pure muttan they will serve cow muttan instead of goat muttan if you ask someone one they tell it is chicken someone tell it is muttan or something else so I suggest don't go this hotel

Food was spoiled, they served us rotten fish and the management was arrogant and irresponsible I would suggest not to visit it again

I recently visited Hotel Bright in Shimoga ( opposite KSRTC BUS STATION). and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered grilled chicken, which had a terrible smell and seemed to be old. The quality of the food was unacceptable. Moreover, the staff were extremely unprofessional and communicated poorly. They were unhelpful and made me feel trapped in a difficult situation. It was only with the assistance of the police that I was able to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. The food quality and service need significant improvement
