There was a minor issue during my visit, but I was genuinely impressed by how the owner handled the situation. When I raised my concern, the response was swift, professional, and thoughtful. The owner took the time to listen, apologize, and resolve the matter promptly. The owner's proactive approach to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for one night in this hotel in the star service apartment room with our hall with split AC and one bedroom with split AC. But we felt pricing on the higher side without breakfast. Staff are friendly and had a decent stay.

Stayed two days in the executive room, it was nice and service was also good. Good for family too.

This hotel is the best and most comfortable place to stay near Nitte and Karkala. The staff here are very professional, kind, and always ready to assist. Their focus on genuine service over business is truly commendable. I have stayed here several times, particularly during my NMCCR 24 conference, and it has always been a delightful experience. My guests from the UK, Germany, China, and Australia have also greatly appreciated this excellent establishment.

I had a poor experience with the manager of the hotel. I don't remember the exact reason. But he was smug about some choice I made with my order. Did not act humble with me. Never visiting again.

Rooms were very good just they were not cleaning it properly... Service is ok ok type. Location is good. Not crowded. Food could be better. Just the Upma was top notch...
