Super resort to spend time but one thing to change swimming pool must be cleaned

This is a small farm resort just 3 km away from the temple town, Kateel near Mangalore. The two storey 4 unit block near the pool is the best choice. There is a small wood house for those who seek more privacy. When we visited, the in-house restaurant was not functioning. Food had to be got delivered from restaurants at Kateel or Kinnigoli (5 kms). The swimming pool seemed clean and well maintained. However, there are some areas that require fine tuning. 1. Addition of small side tables to the cots and shirt hangers to the wardrobe will add more convenience and value. 2. Housekeeping, especially mopping of floors and cleaning of ventilator area of washrooms require more attention. 3. Considering remoteness of the property, the management must show more flexibility to customers in early check in and late check out. 4. The resort office without ceiling, with tiled roof is a real furnace. We had to sit outside waiting for our son to come with the car since we were asked to check out immediately, in spite of advance notice and consent. 5. This is a haven for those seeking peace and tranquility and will surely attract customers if managed properly, in a customer friendly manner.

Location is good but reaching there is little tricky as at night travelling in dark little creepy bt in mangalore or mountains its the adventure anytime. Food was very good and decoration was fantastic

The location was remote and nice nature experience. Food & staffs were good
