It's in a location within an private Layout the property lacks proper tarred road, street light in night, very secluded place, it needs quite few name boards or any banner that suggests it's way or direct people to the venue as hardly I did saw any name boards. Google maps needs lot of inputs to reach the location safely.

We booked room here for 3 days to attend Imtex event 2020 in Bangalore Exibition center. Due to city heavy traffic on peak hours and crowd we keep them in mind and booked room in this OYO 28378. I booked OLA auto to this hotel because of unavailability of cabs. Auto Driver denied the trip immediately he knows that we are going to this hotel and it was not good route, he added. Then again we booked OLA and reached room but there were no proper road and lights. Network was also not worked properly. After all, we reached the hotel spoken to receptionist regarding our visit and room booking. Only good point was the staff behaviour good and appreciateble. My Frnd booked rooms in OYO online and made payment online itself. These guys are informed us to cancel the online payment and asked us to rebook the rooms directly pay money directly. They told few reasons as well like OYO payment account was changed. They are not giving money on time to them so they are doing this. Anyway, as a customer we agreed their pain points and asked OYO customer care about this incident. Meanwhile this people told us to stay in room which I feel is good. Then they requested us that you can cancel the online payment and do direct payment. We went to room, there were no AC, no geyser, no proper room which we never expected and not at all acceptable. We requested them again to change the room Atleast but no use. Dinner was over at 8.30 pm itself which we never expected and they told reason cylinder is empty. We felt very bad because of all these things. Then we canceled the rooms and we to my old friend room for sometime. Next day, we booked nice room. Main points are... No proper transportation available, property located area is like unconnected with less amenities but what they shown in website were different. Ladies and families, official visits this is not right place. Please make sure that you are booking right place hotel not this one. With slepessless night, no dinner, full frustration we end our day here. This property to be improved quickly so that their business will grow and customer will get happy. Please make right choice and live happy. Thanks all

Worst ever farm house... Booked it from OYO and then the staff behaves rudely for using swimming pool. Pool charges are double the room charges. Please never ever opt for this place. Not even proper amenities. No food service nearby. Need to travel 4km for food. Worst staff ever.

If there will be less than 1 star available I could rate it, for stay in this hotel is like never recommended they took my 3 pents for laundry and return me back 2 pents which he assured me to return within 1 day which I couldn't received yet, if we hire our Activa, the manager and waiter asking our favor by provide them Activa, till 7 pm they don't clean the room, drinkers coming in the hotel and midnight they bell to disturb our sleeping and go away... worst experience of my life!!!

Room is clean and all with neat washroom and working geyser the location bit inside from the main road but place is nice would recommend this place for stay Swimming pool is their but it's not in use ( no water in the pool )

Had a very bad experience, The staff there are very rude and impolite. The room service is terrible. The rooms were not clean, The bed sheets were having fungal patches due to food accumulated for a long time. Water used to overflow from the toilet flush and when raised the complaint the staff didn't even bother to come and check it out. Terrible Experience

It was hard to locate this place even with Google maps direction. Check in was quick as I already made payment. Room was spacious, but the bed sheet was very dirty and there were many hairs on bed. Didn't give oyo kit, also telephone was not working.

Good otption for people to stay in Nelamangla area with very spacious rooms and good restaurant. On top of it was calm and quite environment away from city with a lush green central garden was quite refreshing.
