ARS FARMSTAY RIVER SIDE

Very nice Stay experience in between paddy fields, mango trees and Thungabadra dam river stream. Good rooms for people visiting hampi and surroundings. Great place for family functions Good Food . Great Host - Prathap and team

Great location with good connectivity. Well maintained property with laid back atmosphere. Overall a great hospitality experience, the staff are courteous and helpful. Food offered is really tasty, buffet breakfast can be better.

Wonderful place to go with a group. Rooms were clean, well furnished and beautiful. The food was tasty. Customer service was excellent. Very clean and hygienic resort.

We had booked the villa. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and a large common area. However the third bedroom is upstairs and the toilet of that room is outside. This was not communicated when we booked the villa. So it becomes a bit inconvenient to use that room. The restaurant rates are also exhorbitant. Go there only if you have a large pocket.

Recently stayed at ARS for two days. ( in the month of Jan) .. view towards TB dam gate was no use coz the dam gates was closed since water in the dam was getting dry. Due to that the night lights in the dam gates was also OFF. . 1. The room charges r pretty costly , it's almost equal to Radisson hotels - 5 star hostel charges. 2 . The toilets r not so comfortably 3. Blankets for additional bed was not provided inspite of request many times 4. Swimming pool average. No separate pool for kids hight 5. Food is good but quantity is less compared to out side branded hotels. 6. Service is good. But it was difficult to call service people coz telephone was not working in all rooms.

It was great experience and service by the team. Stay, food, parking area and views from the property is great. Owner and helpers were friendly and helpful all the time.
