I stayed at this lodge recently and had a comfortable overall experience. Room & Cleanliness (4/5): The room was neat, decently sized, and had the basic amenities like clean bedsheets, towels, and a working fan/AC. The bathroom was clean and had running hot water. Nothing fancy, but perfectly functional for a short stay. Service & Staff (4/5): The staff was polite and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they helped with luggage and basic requests. Room service was available, though the response time could be a bit quicker during busy hours. Location (4/5): The lodge is in a prime spot -- close to transport hubs, shops, and restaurants. Ideal for travelers who need convenience and accessibility. Value for Money (4/5): Very affordable for what you get. It's a great option for budget travelers or anyone looking for a no-frills, decent place to crash for a night or two. Areas to Improve: Wi-Fi signal was weak in some corners. Also, an improvement in soundproofing would be great, especially if the rooms are near the road.

Stayed here recently and absolutely would not recommend this place for a comfortable stay. The experience was disappointing on multiple fronts: * Bathroom issues: In room 202, the bidet was broken and the tap next to it kept dripping. When we raised this with staff, we were casually told to use a mug and water instead--seriously? * No trash cans inside the rooms. Had to step out each time to discard anything. * No universal plug points, only Indian-style outlets. * No air conditioning in the rooms we stayed in, despite the sweltering heat. * Stained bedding and a freaking woollen blanket--in summer! * Low-quality furniture and no complimentary toiletries. We also asked for an extra mattress, and after a delay, they brought in what looked like a rolled-up set of floor bedding (see photo)--not even close to the wheeled-in mattress setup you'd expect at a hotel. No frame, no pillow, no sheet. Just dumped on the floor. * They gave two 500ml water bottles, but it was a knockoff brand ("Bisleev" instead of Bisleri). * Bugs everywhere--alive and dead. * Room doors are secured with old-school physical locks and keys. * The bathroom door and floor of room 201 were in terrible condition (see photos). The toilet seat and cover were also broken. * Parking is free, but there's no valet. The place is not wheelchair accessible--there are steps at the entrance and again near the lift, with no ramp. * The elevator area on the second floor had two small step-ups with no color differentiation--easy to trip on (see marked photo). A slope would have made more sense. As for the service--completely disheartening: * When we asked whether we could pay by card or cash, the owner himself suggested paying cash to avoid GST/CGST. That's just unethical. * While my dad was calming my crying baby in the common area, he turned on the fan (it was over 30degC) to prevent her from overheating. A random staff member came and told him to switch off the fan and open the window instead to let (hot!) air in--just to save on electricity. Just shows how stingy they are at the cost of basic comfort. * Despite having raised our complaints the night before, during checkout, a staff member showed attitude and acted like he was doing us a favour by asking us to return the keys, about the billing, etc. --rather than acknowledging or resolving the issues we had brought up. They're cutting corners on everything--comfort, cleanliness, service, and even basic hospitality. Definitely not worth the price or the trouble.

Very very bad experience in this hotel bathrooms r not good no hygiene and staff behaviour also not good no hot water not even proper security guardian taking to much money for only 8 hrs we would never refer this hotel to anyone

Staff are good ...but service and hygiene is bad....we taken 5 rooms there is constant cigrette smell and cigrate bud in bathroom.... I advice hotel to do cigrate free zone and keep one floor for for such people...and keep washroom and bedsheets mark free ....I found lot of patches in bathroom and water not draining out in one room...overall good maintenance is required...

Worst response !! The person in reception is very negligent and lazy. Rooms are very small and walls are marks of gutka. Bathroom taps are not working. Bedsheets have food marks. Totally bad. Kindly nobody book rooms here.

Rooms are so clean that's what made me review this place i have ocd and I don't sustain anywhere and it's more than what is expect. Good place to stay with family in and around nice service thanks guys

The rooms are very small, even blankets are not good they won't even give extra pillows even we pay
