Simple bedrooms , they are charging 4000 rs per day, price is very high, at this price they are giving only room there is no breakfast, nothing , no wifi ,

It's a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying at Karkera Family Homestay. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. There is beautiful greenery all around the rooms are cozy and clean, and the owners and staff are very hospitable. They have good WiFi, hot water, and beautiful view. Morning you get up with beautiful chirping of birds. Anybody wanting to to have a great stay with great view and want to connect with nature should definitely make a visit here and experience it I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back to this place again.

Good family guest house with all facilities needed for a family . Caretaker Laxman takes care of the place well and is available 24/7 to help guests in getting necessary food items whenever required. He is a good cook too.. (vegetarian).

I must say it's a perfect homestay tailored specially for family crowd to give the "home away from home" feel. I stayed here for one night during my last business trip to Malpe and it was a comfortable stay indeed! Location of the homestay is quite isolated and away from the urban centre which gives privacy as well as sense of peace. But, make sure you travel with your own vehicle or be ready to walk for 700mtrs every time to access public transportation. The atmosphere of the homestay is really cool. They have many outdoor sit out area for guest to enjoy salty breeze of Malpe. There are multiple fish tanks around to remind you that you are on a sea shore city. And there is a huge bird cage which works as a natural alarm as well as entertainment to your kids. There are some rural cultural props around like bullock cart to help you with your photographs. They have only 4 apartments with 2 configurations. One BHK (which can host 4-5 guests) and Two BHK (which can host 6-8 guests). All rooms are equipped with a kitchen in which you can find a refrigerator. 2 BHK configuration has 2 bathrooms where as 1 BHK has only 1 bathroom. Beds were quite comfortable and they do have 1 television per room and AC in every room. The room size is spacious and cleanliness is well maintained in both rooms and bathrooms. They have good speed wifi which you can use only in the outdoor common area. They have indoor parking space which can accomodate 4 cars easily. There is a clear field next to the property where you can play some outdoor games. They do accept UPI payments and provide GST Invoice if necessary. Over all, I liked the disciplined management of the property. And highly recommend it for the family crowd. -BeingBakasura
