Very polite behaviour and ofcourse it is situated at very good location that is infront of CENTRAL BUS STATION KOPPAL ,And hence allows you to easy transport, Nice service , they have their own restaurant and serves many dishes so no need to wonder in search of food

Location is good. Rooms are dirty and lack maintenance. No lift available. Service is bad.

Hotel is new one so ultimately rooms are cleans. Service is good but still cleanliness has to improve more in bathrooms. Room price and all okay. Room booking and all should be adopted online service along with price tag.

Rooms were clean, clean towel and blankets with TV, enough space for three people. Great staff and service person always greet you with smile, checks for any needs... Good choice over all... like to say

A experience which I got with the food is good and the servers is just lit on their work and the way they treat their customers , this hotel contains lodging and boarding also , nice rooms too the best hotel with restaurant near the bus stand of Koppal .
