Beautiful location. Loved kayaking. Food feels home cooked . We loved the food. Candle light dinner was a fantastic experience in front of the sea. Bathrooms were clean. The only disappointment was property should have been kept clean. I see lot of plastic bottles, paper covers, chocolate paper etc. you need to keep this is clean. It's such a nice location please keep It plastic free.

One of the best beach resorts run by the Karnataka government in Karwar. Perfect location to spend time with friends and family. They have a good itinerary which will keep you engaged. All meals-Lunch, evening Hi-tea with snacks, Dinner and Breakfast is included in the package and tasted good. The itinerary also includes a boat ride to Kali island, Kayaking and Dolphin sighting. All cottages and rooms are well maintained and service is exceptional. I definitely recommend this resort!

The location is superb. Great beach getaway. Lots of water activities at the place, though you might miss if it's low tide. Food is ok, very less non veg options. Go for the peace and warmth. Not great value for money when considering the dining service. Also live drinks at the beach is a plus.

Excellent Staff, Great food, and hospitality. This is locate in secluded location. We enjoyed a private beach and a candlelight dinner at beach. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Dolphin watching was amazing. They made sure we spotted lots of dolphins and the boat ride in the ocean was memorable.

Nice place to relax with friends and family. Food is good. Beach is not crowded, but not that clean due to Kali river joining the sea.

This property is situated at the delta point where kali river meets arabian sea. The resort has access to a private beach and the river for all water activities. The cottages are good comparable to other jlr property cottages. However the sea view from the cottages are not great since the sea is close to 60-70 meters away blocked by trees. Food is good and so are the service - highlight of the stay is to spend the evening beach side along with snacks and bonfire ending with a candle light dinner at beach. It's refreshing having the beach to yourself and enjoy the sound of waves and sky full of stars. Also they take you to dolphin watch in the morning where sighting is generally possible and we could probably see close to 25 sightings.

Peacefull , clean , great service , tasty food , complete privacy . Complementary boat rides and Kayaking . Other paid water activities are also there in the resort itself. Do come for 2 days . Kids friendly . Had a great vacation.

We stayed here for 2N in Dec end and we were 2 families and we really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, always willing to go extra yards in customer service, the cottages were beach front and clean, the food was tasty and the overall services offered and the beach side activities were very good. Would highly recommend this place !!
